* Guests must clean and empty the drip pan of the gas BBQ grill after
use; replacement of propane is required if needed.
* Pool safety: Do not fully remove the safety fence around the pool.
Always secure the fence when the pool or deck is not in use and
ensure it is fully replaced upon check-out.
* Wild animals may be present on nature walks; exercise caution.
* The property features an actively monitored alarm system for guest
use.
* 24-hour security gate ensures a private stay.
* Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers are available for guest
safety.
* Pool heating must be requested and is subject to conditions;
specific temperature guarantees cannot be assured during colder
periods.
* The use of the EV charging station is available for electric
vehicles.
* Enhanced cleaning practices are in place, including the use of
disinfectants and sanitization of high-touch surfaces.

Please be aware that a non-refundable Resort Access Fee is charged at
$20/vehicle (plus tax) upon arrival at this resort. A minimum charge of
one vehicle applies, and a maximum of five total vehicles are
permitted.

An additional, mid-stay cleaning fee will be required for reservations
longer than 28 days in length.
