Indian Creek Estate, the community where 'Mickey's Loop' is located, offers an array of amenities for its residents and guests. We, as hosts, have tried to ensure that all our guests get real and comfortable beds to sleep in, spending years testing mattresses, and then we provide soft, fresh towels and starter toiletries.

Bedroom 1 is at the front of the villa, has a Full/Queen bed, and is next to a shared bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a master suite bedroom on the one side of the lounge, it has a king-size bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom 3 is also a master suite on the opposite side of the lounge and has a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a door leading to the pool area. Finally, bedrooms 4 and 5 are Twin rooms located in the middle of the home/villa on the opposite side of the lounge from the master's bedrooms. All bedrooms have their own TVs, so nobody needs to miss out on their favorite program.

The well-equipped kitchen provides all the necessary appliances and gadgets you might need, while the nearby dining table comfortably seats six guests. A convenient breakfast bar adds extra seating options. At the rear of the villa, you'll find the family lounge, furnished with comfortable seating and a large 75-inch HD Smart LED flatscreen TV. The lounge also provides access to the sunny southwest-facing pool deck.

Head to the games room for an air hockey game or foosball match if the temperature gets too hot outside; keep score throughout the holiday to find out who the family champ is.

Outdoor Living:
After busy days at the theme parks or shopping malls, head back home to your home/villa for rest and relaxation on the southwest-facing pool deck. This is a great place to recharge your batteries with a covered dining area, no overlooking neighbors, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing hot tub/spa. The ensuite bathrooms of the Master bedrooms can be accessed directly from the pool deck.

For those eager to explore the nearby attractions, 'Mickey's Loop' offers proximity to Universal Resorts, including the iconic Hogwarts Express and Diagon Alley, reachable in less than half an hour. SeaWorld and Discovery Cove are also within easy reach via the nearby I-4 Highway. As for the Disney World parks, including Magic Kingdom, they are a mere 5 to 10-minute drive from Indian Creek. Indulge in a wide range of dining options along the US192, just minutes away, offering a variety of cuisines to satisfy every taste and dietary requirement.

Please note that all bookings must be made by an individual who is 25 years of age or older, and our maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 10 people, including children.

To ensure a comfortable stay, our home comes equipped with a starter pack of supplies, including Laundry detergent, a roll of toilet paper and bath soap per bathroom, and a roll of paper towel in the kitchen. However, for longer stays, you must bring or purchase additional supplies plus as needed, other items such as laundry detergent, trash bags, spices, and condiments.

Please be advised that a credit card hold is required two days before check-in as a security deposit. This hold will be released within ten days of check-out, pending any charges for damages or missing items. An information request will be sent after booking, and before your arrival, we will request a swipe of your credit card for the hold, just like in a hotel. We do not charge a deposit amount at the time of booking.

We take severe allergies seriously and do not allow any pets on our property. Unlike many other rental properties, our house is fully licensed and maintained and complies with all Florida state laws and regulations to ensure our guests and ourselves' safety and satisfaction.

Please note that all quoted costs are based on the number of guests declared at the time of booking, and any additional guests will incur extra charges. This is a self-catering property; Guests are responsible for your meals.
