Hébergement qui amène aux parcs seulement à Universal studio et Epcot après retour hôtel 20h30 quand les parcs ferment à 21 h et 23 h vous vous débrouillez pour retourner à l'hôtel en plus aucuns restaurants à proximité de cet hôtel c'est bien dommage heureusement il y a Uber car même les taxis se font rare à Epcot surtout à 23 h passé

At check in key card was not able to to be activated. Hot tub was not working. We have to ask a few times for toilet paper, coffee and tissue. We should not have to ask for these to be replenished. Very disappointed that hot tub was not working.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! We notified the front desk multiple times over the 2 night stay that we had no hot water in room 519! They told us maintenance was working on it and going in roof to address problem. They were going to let us know when fixed and would check in! No call, no check to see if it was fixed. We called 3xs and went to the front desk to notify again two other times. Never got fixed! We woke Saturday morning to cops notifying our vehicle we were traveling in was broken into over the night. This is paid parking and seemed to be in a very safe area! A window was complete it broken out! We asked hotel staff if they had something (cardboard etc) we could cover the window with while we drove to window repair! We were very rudely told no! We asked if they were aware of what had occurred in their parking lot over night. They were! No offer to help, apology, or show of concern! They were of no help at all! They were the most insensitive, unprofessional, staff I have ever dealt with! I was totally shocked for a Hilton property and staff!!! We love staying at Hilton properties and are Hilton Members!! Total disappointment and horrible experience!!! When asked about cameras, we were told there were none! We noticed there were in fact none outside or anywhere in hallways or any other place visible on their property!! Hilton, DO BETTER!!!!!!

Our vehicle and several other vehicles were broken into. Police was the one to notify us. Hotel staff did nothing to help us to try make a temporary windows, so we can get to the nearest Safelite. Not sure why they charge parking fee because they have no cameras or security on property

The only reason this got 2 stars in any area is because a nice young lady named Isabella was kind to us upon checkout. I'll start by saying that we checked out a day early because i couldn't take it anymore. Here are some things you need to be aware of if you are going to stay here: 1. Your air will not work, there were 2 units under the windows in our room one didnt work at all and had "BR" where the temperature should have displayed. The other was set on 62 and the room never got below 78. It was so humid, far more humid than it was outside. Uncomfortably humid. I called the front desk 3 times and was told by a guy that someone was coming to fix it and they NEVER showed up. My husband said not to complain because their were reviews about staff going into peoples rooms who complained and he didnt want to get into an issue with that. 2. You will have bugs in your room. Not bed bugs and not roaches, but ants. Thousands of tiny ants and they will crawl on your feet in the night and bite your feet and ankles, they will also get into your 30.00 cupcakes and theres no surface safe from them. 3. Your room will be filthy, the bathroom floors had a greasy like film on them, the table in the kitchen was never wiped down, the floors were vaccumed. I went and bought clorox wipes and all of my own bedding and cleaned it myself. My feet were black on the heels after walking around. I bought slippers, and i would highly recommended that. I would never in a million years stay here again.

The location was great! 15 min drive to Disney, convention centre, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our only complaint was the pool area. It's beautiful! But the umbrellas didn't stay open (pins needed were no where to be found), and the hot tub was cold when we arrived, and after we inquire about it on our third day did they actually realize something was wrong with it. Kind of made me sceptical about the pool area maintenance. Breakfast was good. Waffle-maker only came out of Sunday, it would have been nice to have it more often. Staff was super helpful and friendly, rooms were clean. Traffic was loud outside our window, and a/c unit was loud at night if you tried to have it cold, we just upped the temperature a couple degrees and that fixed it. The pool, gym, and laundry are shared with the Garden Inn. Parking is extra for stays less than 7 nights. Wednesday night social hour is not how it was pre covid. It was soup and salad, cheese and crackers, garlic toast, beer and wine, juice. But overall, it was a great experience. Aside from the hot tub and the traffic noise, it was great!

I was a bit apprehensive about this hotel because I booked it and then read the reviews which caused some concern, but I’m ultimately very happy we choose Homewood suites! The teenagers loved the hotel because it has a basketball court and I loved it because of its location and the full kitchen. Staff was friendly and resolved issues promptly and I will be booking with them for future outings in the Orlando area! Great family hotel.

A great inexpensive option for the Disney area. Staff was delightful. The pool was really nice and clean and hardly used at all. Not a lot of dining options nearby but there are tons of delivery options. Available through Uber and GrubHub. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Very nice and family friendly hotel. Great pool area and a very decent breakfast. One thing we are still trying to get used to in the Orlando area, is the steep parking fees at the area hotels.

Wir kamen gezeichnet von der Anreise aus Deutschland müde an. Vor Ort hieß es dann, dass unser Zimmer seitens des Hotels storniert worden ist. Angeblich wäre mein Kreditkarte nicht mehr gültig. Vollkommener Unsinn !! Das geht gar nicht. Expedia war mit hier leider auch keine große Hilfe..habe am Ende glücklicherweise ein anders Hotel vor Ort buchen können. Note 6

Don't stay at this hotel! We asked many times to fix the dishwasher and it was never done. We had problems with the room door lock (key card), I had to go back to reception several times to fix it. Due to these inconveniences, manager Rosa said that they would give us a discount on our stay and that was not done either! This hotel has total disregard for guests!!

I’ve been at this hotel for 4 days there no hot water and at the front desk they said a lot of excuses but they never fixes, the breakfast table I have to cleaning by myself because nobody take care of that, and you have to paid for a parking when you get there!! There a lot of hotel around that one please don’t take this one…

I booked the room a month in advance and called two weeks prior to my stay to verify my reservation and details. When I checked in, I was informed after checking my room that the king suite I booked was not communicated by Expedia and that room style was no longer available, but a double suite was. The elevators smelled and the floors were wet. I had to shoulder into my door because it was stuck and then had to roughly push it closed or it wouldn't lock. The walls in the dining area were dug into, the bathroom vanity was broken, and there was blood droplets on the carpet outside of the bathroom. The staff was nice and the bathroom items smelled good, though.

There was a lot of humidity in the room and smelled like bleach. The place was very clean but the smell was just too strong. Besides that it was nice and spacious.
