room not ready, no explanation at all on the resort or where to park to get to our rooms. 2 fire alarms the same day. Really noisy at night. Got a call telling me they needed to charge me more if I wanted to stay another night (the 2nd night I already paid for) not able to get the same pricing as booked thru expedia. all and all this is a bad experience. would not recommend to anybody at all

paid for this room because it offered a pool and slides. upon arrival you get charged for the pool and parking and additional fees. this is far from clearly stated when the room is booked.

Nous nous sommes faites approchés par des wnployes pour le time sharing. Andrew ma dit que la reunion serait de 60 minutes pour avoir droit au cadeaux rendu la bas ils nous on dir 2h donc nous avons choisi de partir des le debut. On nous a dir dattendre le taxi dehors qui nest jamais venue. Mardi soir nous nous sommes rendu comptes quils netaient pas venu nous porter du papiee de toilette, le telephone fonctionnait pas donc nous nous sommes débrouillés avec des mouchoirs. Le lendemain matin avant de partir a disney j’ai avisé le manque de papier de toilette. Le soir lorsque nous sommes revenus il y en avait tjrs pas jai avise a 20h 21h et ils sont enfin arrivés vers 10:30.

Il a y une énorme différence entre les photos et la réalité. Très vieux et laisser à l’abandon. Tous les soirs fallait aller redémarrer la porte elle ne fonctionnait pas, nous n’avions pas de serviettes le ménage n’a jamais été fait. Très très décevant je ne le recommanderais pas à personne.

This property had extremely bad rooms. The AC was leaking in the bunkbed room and entire carpet was soaking wet. The alarm on top of bunk bed was hanging with wires exposed. The bathroom towel had a dead bug in it and the bathroom floor had ants.

The room wasn’t very clean. The water park closes two hours before the pool then opens 2 hours after pool is open check out is a bit early. The food, drinks and arcade are extremely over priced. The staff in the main pool area are not friendly. It was a one time stay won’t return.

Terrible experience never would stay at this property again! I was charged $56 for “early checkin” just to be given a dirty room. The front desk was very rude unprofessional empathetic and unpleasant. They had me and my family with 2 small children waiting around on the property for 3 hours waiting for another room . When I checked out on the last day the front desk called and harassed me about a balance that was incorrect due to miss communication. No one apologize for the horrible experience they simply said we don’t know how else to help you .

There were a lot of bad reviews about this property, but don’t let that stop you!!! My family had an amazing time. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. Definitely a plus. There are many dining options and they are reasonably priced. Make sure to check out the kids eat free option too. The room was clean and pretty spacious. The staff were nice and friendly. When we needed more towels, they made sure to get them in a timely manner. I don’t have any complaints and we will definitely be back. Thank you so much for an awesome experience for my son’s birthday!

Was there for a convention at another property for which I didn't get a room at. Hotel was very conveinant and accessable. Parking was good. Room was clean and comfortable. I must even say, and it usually isn't good, but the in room coffee was good.

I visited this place for my nephew's birthday with a group of 19 people, renting four different rooms on the same floor, which was convenient. However, my experience was quite disappointing. My room remained humid throughout the stay because the air conditioning didn't work properly; it would turn on, but the room never cooled down. The towels stayed wet due to the humidity. The shower was filthy, and we had to wear flip-flops because the floor felt so dirty. Additionally, my key card didn't work at the gate. When we tried to call the front desk, they didn't answer. Their response to issues was to call for each problem so they could fix it, but I didn't want to spend my entire two-day stay on the phone with them. Despite these issues, I stayed because our family wanted to be on the same floor. When I arrived, someone was already at the front desk complaining about a moldy smell in their room, and there were more complaints when I checked out. It's unacceptable to pay so much for substandard rooms. Furthermore, there was no handicap parking for our two older guests. Housekeeping used the elevator frequently, causing delays for us. Overall, I would not recommend or stay at this location again.
