C'est un super emplacement pour aller à Disney Springs par contre un peu vieillot, pas mal cher et doit payer des extra pour le wifi et le parking.

I've been here several times and this hotel needs an update on the rooms and bathrooms and in the pool. It is the last time I'm staying here. It is convenient because you can walk to Disney Springs but at night the noise from the lobby is so loud as if you have an open door. You hear all the screams until past midnight.

Easy walking distance to Disney Springs and from there you're able to utilize Disney Buses to anywhere or take a boat ride to Port Orleans/French Quarter.

Me and the wife went for our anniversary getaway from the kids to dine and stay near Disney Springs. First thing the room had this awful musty smell, I don't know if due to a ac leak or what but it instantly spiked our allergies.The thermostat was set to 68,maybe that caused everything to be damp and wet. Secondly the TV in our room didn't even work. We enjoyed our time in Disney Springs, went to a show, had dinner, grabbed desert. We got back to the hotel around 10pm, showered and layed down to sleep. Apparently this weekend there was a cheerleading competition nearby, we were awoken around 1045pm by what sounded like 500 cheerleaders/parents coming back from the competition, they were all in the lobby screaming and clapping well past midnight. I called the front desk and they just said "well they all just got back" not really enforcing any quiet time. If I am paying over 300 bucks for one night, I expect to not have a crowd of people screaming until 1 in the morning. I will say the pool and lazy river is great, and the letter press resteraunt was very good. The rest felt neglected and left more to desire.

Overall we had a nice stay at the Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace Disney Springs Area. We had to switch rooms on the second night as there was an alarm going off for a while and they could not figure out where it was coming from, it was nice of them to allow us to live rooms and the second room we had was nice, but there was non stop banging from the water pipes. We did not want to switch rooms again so we just sucked it up. The rooms were somewhat clean, but definitely could have been better. The pool area was excellent and that was our favourite part of the hotel. The water was warm and the Lagoon was a great feature. Lots of seating options so you’re not fighting for a seat, was a great area of the hotel. The pathway to Disney Springs was also very handy and just a short walk away. This was also a great feature and we used it daily! The shuttle service to the parks was good, but the wait times was a bit frustrating at the end of the night especially when you just want to go back to the hotel after a long day. I can say that the Letterpress restaurant was not good. The service was slow and they messed up our meal as well as the table beside us, so we only ate there once and then went to Disney Springs for the rest of our meals. Overall I give it 3 stars as there were some nice amenities, but definitely could use some updates and work on the cleanliness.

Don’t care for the $25/day parking but other than that it was a very pleasant stay. If doing breakfast at the Letterpress make sure to ask for Maureen. She was wonderful.

La propiedad está bien ubicada frente a Disney's springs, se puede ir a pie. En mi opinión el hotel no está mal pero encuentro que deberia ser un poco mas económico ya que le hacen falta mejoras y actualizaciones. La limpieza excelente y en 1er piso hacen unas pizzas espectaculares. El personal de la cafeteria excelente, sevicial y hablaban español.

My family and I didn't like the noise from either the pipes or ductwork during the night time and in the early morning. We couldn't sleep with all the noise.

While this hotel is one of my preferred properties in the area, I will choose to stay on a Lowe and hopefully more recently renovated floor. The rooms on the higher floors were smaller and cramped. Some fixtures were visibly chipped, aged or shabby. The balcony was visibly dirty, grimy and had what looked like ash on the furniture.
