Hotel was great, very clean. The only complain I have is that the curtains in the room do not close totally so you do not get to sleep in total dark. Is very uncommon to see this. You need to fix this!!

We were only there for about 9 hours. Parking was convenient and the check in process was smooth. The room was very warm when we entered but it cooled off quickly. The bed was not comfortable. It was hard and not what I think of when I think of a Hampton bed. We felt all the springs. The shower was also difficult to control. The shower head was stuck on a vibrate mode and then did not want to turn off completely. We were out before 6am so we didn’t experience breakfast or any other amenities.

Arrived early and wanted to freshen up before heading out, room was not ready, but when one became available they wanted a early check-in fee. Which has NEVER happened to me even with overseas hotels. Not sure but could have been because of Expedia Booking a lower rate.

It was convenient to the parks we went to. There was a shuttle and that had no ac which made the ride horrible. We had a king bed and 4 of the 5 nights we stayed the fitted sheets were to small and at night would ball up under us which made an unpleasant sleep. The last night we stayed the sheet fit. Breakfasts were nice and the place was clean.

Perfect for our one night stay. Loved the spacious room. Need more options of free shows for children. Toilet was not cleaned properly. I had to wipe up pee stains. Other than that, it was great.

This wasnt the hotel we booked but expedia sent me and my family there with no other option since the hotel we booked and previously payed was full. The smell in the room was awfull, probably the carpet or the AC, and since you cannot open any window, you are stuck with that smell during the whole stay.

I found 2 cockroaches in the room. The front desk was not really helpful. They also charge for parking in their lot. They have no notice that there was a fee for parking. Will not return. There are better hotels in Orlando for the same price.

The fan in my bathroom did not work, the bathroom door doesn't lock and maid service every other day isn't a good idea it should be every day. Those were the only issues I had. Other than that everything else is fine especially the all day tea and coffee service.

Lackluster stay
We’ve stayed here several times but this was probably our last. With charging for parking and the very poor housekeeping, there are too many other options at this price point that offer a better stay. Bed was old and neither my husband or myself slept well. Loud neighbors.

We stayed from Dec.21-23-2023. The lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We were greeted by staff, everyone was very friendly. We stayed in the 2 Queen studio with sofa bed. It was very spacious and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Coffee,tea and hot chocolate was available 24 hours. The hot breakfast was very good. Looking forward to staying again’
