The Space:

Soft morning light fills the open living area as you settle in, inviting you to unwind after a day of exploring Orlando’s attractions. The calm setting makes it easy to relax by the private pool or wander over to the community water park for a change of pace. Evenings flow naturally, giving you space to reconnect and enjoy the comfort of a home designed for groups. Whether you’re diving into the resort’s lazy river or gathering around the indoor dining table, the villa feels both spacious and welcoming.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms are arranged across two levels. Downstairs you’ll find a bedroom with 1 Queen bed and another with 2 Twin beds plus 1 Full bed in a bunk‑bed style layout. Upstairs offers a room with 1 King bed, a bunk‑bed style room with 4 Twin beds, and an additional room with 1 Queen bed. Four bathrooms are spread throughout the home, providing ample space for everyone to get ready with ease.



Indoor living

A large living area offers plenty of room to gather, while the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances invites you to prepare meals together. The indoor dining space is perfect for shared meals, board games, or quiet moments between outings. A washer and dryer are available for added convenience, along with essentials and bed linens.



Outdoor living

Step outside to the private pool, where you can enjoy a refreshing dip or add optional heat for extra comfort. The patio includes outdoor furniture and a backyard area, creating a relaxed place to spend time outdoors. A BBQ grill offers the option for simple outdoor meals when the mood strikes.

Your stay includes free access to The Retreat at ChampionsGate, featuring a resort‑style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, and six clay tennis courts. Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of the public 18‑hole golf course, driving range, putting green, and golf clubhouse with pro shop.



Additional comforts

The home provides air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, TV, and safety essentials such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first‑aid kit. Families will appreciate the Pack ’n play/travel crib, high chair, and children’s dinnerware. Pets are allowed, and long‑term stays are welcome.

ChampionsGate offers a recreation‑rich community with nearby access to Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and shopping and dining at Posner Park. Major roads, including I‑4 and Highway 27, make travel simple, whether you are heading to theme parks or exploring Central Florida.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, as well as complimentary access to resort amenities.



Up to (2) cars may park in the driveway. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.

ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in FL. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
