The main level includes a large family-style living room with TV, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, bar that seats 4 and a dining room area that seats 8. Bedroom One: This room has a Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. Garage - Game Room with pool table and Big flat-screen TV. Access to pool area through back door. Covered patio/lanai area with outside seating for dining and sun lounging. Private pool and spa.
The second level has a stand-alone bathroom with stand-up shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Bedroom Two: King Bed with ensuite and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Three: Two Twin Beds and a flat-screen TV. Bedroom Four: Bunk Beds with Twin and Full Bed and a flat-screen TV.
