Relaxing but needs updating

It was a very nice stay but there was a few things needing updating. The Greenpan large frying pan had none of its ceramic coating, so everything stuck to it and hard to clean (no matter how much cooking spray or butter used). The place also needs a fresh paint job and new carpet upstairs. The home was clean but had a dingy feel due to the walls.

Family trip

Our stay overall was amazing the house was great, clean and spacious. The resort pool, waterslide and lazy river are very nice for days off. The only hiccup was we booked and had requested the pool be heated, our request was never put in, we called once we got there, was supposed to be done and by half the trip it had not been actioned so we called to cancel, pool was freezing and we did not get to enjoy it.

Not what we expected

We're usually pretty easy going, but this one was a thumbs down for us. Carpet throughout was absolutely filthy. Pool wasn't heated, so wasn't usable yet. Circular area pictured in pool isn't a hot tub. Tack strip between master bedroom and bathroom pierced our feet a few times. Gross. Master and living room TV didn't work. We changed remote batteries, tried many things. Freezer was leaking. Bathroom surrounds and caulk were pretty dirty. Lighting was super dingy. Can't override away setting on thermostat set to 78. Yuck. Plenty of room and great neighborhood though!

Large, spacious, clean, lovely home

Loved the spaciousness. 4 of the 7 bedrooms had private baths which was really great. Very clean, great communication when needed, but the pool and hot tub don’t get very warm in the winter months even if you pay for heat. Day 3 of our stay it was finally warmish enough to get in, (others may think it’s sufficient not being too warm.) Great location. Gated, quiet community. Beautiful area. Very nice clubhouse pool and hot tub for a small fee. Would stay again, just would not pay to heat the pool/hot tub in the winter, we would just go to the clubhouse and pay to use theirs; it’s one small fee for your whole group for your entire stay. The lazy river is not heated, though. I would recommend they consider investing in that.

Great place to stay

The place was just like it looked in the pictures. It was clean, spacious, and lots of bathrooms and bedrooms! It’s a bit of a walk to the main building with the pool and lazy river but if you have a vehicle, it’s a very short drive.

Worst place ever!!!

Hot hot hot!! Upon arrival temp was set at 80 degrees. We all burned up all night. Every day we left, someone with WiFi access to thermostat would turn in up to 80 degrees. We requested spa to be heated but never happened. WiFi there was terrible. Beds were like rocks. Vacasa management was worthless to work with. I reached out to VRBO and they routed me back to Vacasa
 Hahaha!!!! Please don’t stay here
 My family had a miserable stay.

Independence Day Holiday Stay

We arrived later than we expected to the property however the check in at the gate and access to get into the property was smooth. We did have issues with the a/c, there was water on the floor in the kitchen (which we later found as we ran dishwasher), there was ice that was stuck in ice machine and the floor was all wet in the master king sized room on the main floor. We did have plenty of space in the home. The kids all enjoyed the pool and spa on property. And location was close to all the major entertainment venues.

Vacation experience

The property was sufficient but if you want it as a place to stay for Disney and other attractions you need to take route 4 and it is extremely busy. You would be better off staying closer to Disney possibly in walking distance to Disney Springs where you can take a bus to all the attractions.

Family vacation with adults

Our vacation house was very nice and clean, there was some stains on the rails and wall but over all nice. It’s enough room for everyone to have there own space and enjoy them selfs. Things to be aware about the Wi-Fi at the house seem to be non existent, I was info about the name but never seems to find it within the 5 days of my stay so we had to use a third party mind you all of the gust were (18+ ) and we didn’t find it. For those who like a bed that in the firm side this is a house for you. Also please be aware for those who stayed in the downstairs queen room, it seems to be really hot. But over all the house was really enjoyable for those who want to stay there. You are roughy like 19 miles away from universal but with traffic it’s an hour drive. You are 9 miles from the Disney area, and that’s about an hour drive so plan accordingly.

Vacation stay

Everything was amazing, spacious home with all necessities needed. Would definitely recommend to other families. Loved our stay. We did not have WIFI the entire time and barely any phone service; however it turned out perfect because we stayed clear of electronics and enjoyed family time.

As Advertised

Lovely home, beds needs updating, more pots/pans would be helpful, wifi was horrible, wish they would allowed jacuzzi heating all year round for a few. Besides these cons the house was spectacular and exactly as advertised, neighborhood was lovely, shops/stores not too far away but traffic can be horrible at certain times. We would all DEFINITELY stay here again.

Not bad at all

Great Vacation home I would stay there again, but my only request would be that they correct the wifi issue and spray for ants. It was very annoying having to constantly connect to the guest wifi connection which was not a good connection every time we left and came back to the house, because we couldn't connect to the wifi assigned to the house and customer service was no help in the matter. Overall after we sprayed and got rid of the ants all in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Best luxury house rental

This was my first time using the VRBO app and this experience has surpassed my expectations. My family and I all each had rooms and still some room left. This rental felt like it was a hotel but with home vibes. Definitely recommend this for a big family/group.

Perfect house for a nice vacation

My family and I stayed here for a 2 week vacation. The house looked exactly like it did online and we were very happy with the house. We did not have enough bath towels, so I called management and the next day, they were delivered to the house. I had another issue and they came to resolve it. The Wi-Fi was great in the house, we had no issues. The only thing that was a little bit of an issue was that every time we opened the fridge it would move up. We had to hold down the freezer door when we opened the fridge so it wouldn’t move. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay here.

Would not stay again

We where not able to control the ac it was set at 78 and would reset even after we turned it down. Pool was never warm even though we payed extra. The dryer did not work. Smoked and smelled like fire. We wear afraid it would catch fire. We had 12 people staying and only given 7 towels. With no way to dry them.

Family vacation November 2022

The house was nice. The bedrooms were nice. The beds have firmer mattresses if that is what you like. Could use new pans that do not burn what you cook. They stuck terrible. The pool was supposed to be heated but wasn't I called for the first 4 days multiple times no one ever fixed it. The dryer did not work either. It took at least 4 times to run through to get clothes dry. There was no welcome packet in the house with instructions I called and asked for one. No one ever brought one. The tvs could not get local channels so we could check weather and local news. The game room was nice. A big problem was there is only room for 2 cars to park in driveway. A house that seeps 12 usually has at least 3 vehicles driving. Although there is limited, and I do mean limited parking on the street. We were not able to find a spot at night when we returned to the house after visiting parks. They did tow away cars that were illegally parked on the streets. Overall, it is a nice house. It is close to Disney and other parks. The management team needs to be more attentive to problems and get them fixed.

Pool was not heated even though paid Vacasa was terrible with resolving

Entered with loose garbage at the front door, There was a big hole in the wall going up the steps. Notified Vacasa and was told someone would be out. Then pool was cold. when we paid for heat. Called again each day and was told each time it was going to be looked at. No one came till Thursday late and said it had a broken heat element. Was told again it would be repaired. No follow up from anyone. Just a standard response. Never used the pool. Then community pool was not heated either. The hot tub was broken too. Really enjoyed Solterra the first time we came. So disappointed this time. House itself was nice but was really looking forward to swimming in the pool. Worst customer service I ever had.

Perfect house for multiple families

We had a great time staying at this house. It has a great layout for multiple families with several kids. The house was clean, had a nice laundry room, rooms were a nice size and everything you needed was provided. The day we arrived the line for the gate check in was CRAZY long. As for the community amenities we weren’t that impressed, they get packed very early and reach capacity so we couldn’t enjoy them. Th lazy River is small and not enough tubes for people and the slide is 1 very strong slide for older kids. We did come on a holiday weekend so that could be why it was so packed. Overall, we were happy with our stay.

Fabulous property!

I travelled to Florida with my four daughters and two friends for a gymnastics competition. We had a family member meet us while we were in town and the property was perfect. We all had our space. There was plenty to keep us all occupied. My girls loved the pool and arcade games. The kitchen and open entertaining space was wonderful for the adults. The property was located close enough to all the things we needed and yet far enough away that we could avoid a lot of the traffic. We had an amazing stay and would definitely book this property again!
