On a bien apprécié notre séjour de 15 nuits. On se sens comme à la maison, avec ta propre cuisinette, très practique pour les vacances en familles si on ne veut pas dépenser une fortune en resto. Le personnel super gentil, on avait des fois des demandes un peu farfelues (Clip paper, scotch tape, etc) et ils été tjrs prêts à aider. J’ai demandé changer de chambre après la première nuit à cause des allergies au tapis de la chambre et on me échanger dans une chambre avec plancher flottant. Avant que j’achète mon forfait téléphone couverture aux É.U.A il y a une une employée qui a prêté son téléphone personnel pour qu’on puisse appeler un taxi. Le staff est vraiment exceptionnel, sympathique et souriant. La seule chose que je a dire, c’est sur le ménage dans les chambres. A notre arrivée, on a reçu un dépliant avec des informations qui mentionné que le ménage se fera 2 fois par semaine et quand on a demandé ils ont dit que ça été une fois aux deux semaine, ou si on voulais le faire il y a des charge supplémentaires. Alors on a fait notre propre ménage, exactement comme à la maison. C’est le sentiment que j’ai eu tou long de voyage, on se sens comme à la maison. Très familier. La localisation est parfaite 15 min de Disney World, 5 min de Sea World, 1h Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach, 5min de marche de Old Twon avec des un mini golf, l’Aquarium d’Orlando, et une 50ene de restaurants, 15 min de l’aéroport. Bon Prix par nuit. Si je retourne à Orlando, je retournerais.

J'ai eu le sentiment d'être dans un hotel de seconde zone, et à l'entrée de ma chambre, j'ai eu l'impression d'être dans un film glauque et peut-être même d'horreur. J'ai rêvé à des insectes et des animaux morts la 1ère nuit tellement l'état de la chambre était délabré et usée avec son tapis datant au moins de 30 ans tout comme le reste du mobilier. Heureusement les lits quoique ferme, étaient de qualité corrects. Ce qui a sauvé un peu la mise, c'est l’accueil de Fabienne avec son sourire et sa bonne humeur.

The rooms were good but everything else did not please the young woman who greeted us when we arrived, very friendly, good service for those who came after her, on the contrary, the pool did not work, full of green water and it said breakfast included and really what was there. It was a coffee and an oatmeal to be prepared with water and some cupcakes and I have been in other places that say breakfast included and if there is one we do not expect a buffet but if it says breakfast included it should be like that in addition to that there is no cleaning in the rooms and towels You had to go and ask for toilet paper because they don't take it to the rooms and when the staff was asked for treatment it was as if it bothered them.

Overall everything about thia property is horrible..staff was not friendly..room was smelly..no mirrors besides one in bathroom..no toiletries or kitchen stuff unless you ask. Would not stay here again. Not worth tbe price. Also elevator was broken when someone was in there..thank god I wasn't taking it. Whole place needs upgrade and renovated.

For starters the floor was so NASTY, like it’s never been mopped, there was a big ball of hair in the bathroom, like matted hair. The AC didn’t work to begin with so we asked to be moved which she did agree to move us but when we got back to the room after going to icon park it was working fine and we didn’t want to move everything yo another room so we told her we weren’t going to move but the next morning a maintenance man tried to come into the room to fix it so I’m assuming she didn’t change it in the system. The dishes were dirty, the cabinet under the sink was HORRID, when we opened the door I was taken back because it looked like it had never been cleaned. The pull out bed was COVERED in hair and other odd and end things. We weren’t provided proper sheets for the pullout bed and was to tired to go back down and get an actual fitted sheet so we just used a flat sheet to cover it after cleaning it of. The TV volume just cut out if you went over a certain number and then you’d have to turn the TV off to get it to have volume again. The stopped in the bathroom didn’t work and I have a 2 year old so bathing him was a task with no water staying in the actual bathtub. It was just a bad experience overall.

Hot tub jets did not work and hot tub was dirty. Our room keys were constantly not working. Very inconvenient when you're hands are full and you're at the furthest possible room from the lobby. Had to ask for linens for the fold out bed and dishes for the room. Felicia was great, but there was another worker that was not so friendly when asking for towels. "Breakfast" was worst I have ever seen for a hotel advertising they serve breakfast. There was instant oatmeal and muffins. Location was good but I was expecting a much better stay experience.

We have stayed here many times over the years. This our first visit back since Covid in 2020. Everything was clean. Was discouraged that the breakfast was downsized to a small countertop by the front desk with muffins tea and coffee. There was a crowd gathered in parking lot by pool till midnight that woke us. Our dishwasher was broken and maintenance is off on weekends.

Cheaper may not be worth it.
There were hairballs all over the hotel room. The breakfast did not exist. The rooms were incredibly loud, and people were running up and down the hall, and stairs all night. Not the best place to rest.

Would go back
We stayed only one night but the staff was friendly and service was great. The hot tub jets didn't work but it was warm. My bed was hard and the pillows sucked but my kids said the gave me the hard bed because they were fine. They are 10 and 8. Overall kids loved it.

Rugs in room are extremely dirty. Extra linens are very beat up, you’re better off going to Walmart to buy blankets. Breakfast is a joke. On the go breakfast means a muffin, cereal bar and tea, coffee goes fast and they don’t re fill. I won’t come back. When i noticed my daughter’s socks after walking on the rug, disgusting. Rugs should be cleaned. Hallways smell damp.

This property has some age to it, but it is fairly well maintained. Staff was friendly. Nice location.
