Only issue I had was the 20$ a night self parking and the plumbing... The sink kept pushing out this nasty dirt every other like 4 hours. Other than that, it was a good location and amazing staff

Property is under renovation. That being said, staff is very accomodating. Rooms are good and clean. Complimentary breakfast is very good - staff very attentive. Self park is just a little less than valet - would recommend valet.

Only downside was the construction but it was lovely otherwise! Damon at check-in was excellent. What a great representative for your brand. Clean rooms, modern, nice amenities.

Did not like that you did not need a pass key to enter the pool area or the hotel from the pool area. Seemed like anyone could get in there. We did not have a room safe in our room...told the front desk and they said they would get one for us ASAP,,,NEVER got one. The Shuttle was very nice and the driver was good.

We stayed one night for the concert. The stay was reasonable and included a nice breakfast buffet that was larger than the standard 3 pan fair I am used to. They also provided a shuttle bus to church street and back. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again when I want to be downtown.

There are two desks for check-in, so wait time was long. Room was fine but elevators are super slow and open both to the guest room floors/guests, as well as the kitchen and housekeeping in the back of the elevators. This morning, racing to catch my plane, I waited for three housekeepers to load their supplies and then deliver them to three different floors. No sense of urgency exists at this hotel. Room was pretty nice-they’ve just undergone a renovation, lighting was excellent, bathroom very nice; if they resolve their staff/service issues it could be a much better hotel. Although back door neighbor is the Salvation Army home for men. Not a nice neighborhood.

Muy mala experiencia cuando hice la reservación me explicaron que incluía el desayuno y ya estando ahí……que no!! Mucho ruido el los pasillos las puertas de los cuartos muy viejas y se escuchan los sonidos de los cuartos…….muy caro y solo ponen una botellita pequeñita de acondicionador loción y un mini jabón que para 2 personas no es suficiente lo peor se nota la diferencia son Clasistas en el trató de las personas pésimo muy mala experiencia y demasiado caro!! Primera y Última Nos hemos hospedado en otros en Orlando Miami Tampa un poquito más barato pero con servició de Calidad!! Depcionada Completamente

Staff were completely unprofessional, I had a reservation for two nights with two different bookings, during check in I explained and Tina who was at reception desk ensured me that all was good , to my surprise on second day the room key was deactivated, and then at 11:00 pm a security guy knocked at my door and asked n a very impolite manner he asked me to go to reception to add my credit card on file. Nevertheless I went to reception, Tina , same receptionist who had checked me in , was at counter, checking some files and she ignored me staying right in front of her , then she passed by me without a word, there was another guy at reception and he was also impolitely asking for my credit card, all of this is a mess because my room was fully paid when I booked the room, I am a gold member and they had my credit card info from last night reservation, when I asked the guy why they knocked on my door at 11:00 pm, he impolitely said because they did not have my card info on file, was really rude and unprofessional, even no opology for the mess they did. Hotel was under construction, very noisy and not clean, inside the room there was no hand soap and no shampoo, the shower floor was full of water and drainage system was not working , Overall as a frequent traveller with gold rating, it was the worst hotel I have stayed, will recommend my colleagues also not to book this cheap hotel anymore

nice enough but...
Nice enough hotel but they were doing remodeling so there were some issues. The hallways were dusty and I had a problem with the hot water in the bathroom.

Just your average hotel stay. Silly to have to have $50 charge to your bill and they charge you $21 just to park overnight for one night… love being nickeled and dimed…

After traveling all day check in and there was no hot water and no toilet paper in the restroom. The next day the water was completely turned off. Management slipped a note under our door about the inconvenience of water shutting down after the fact but we should have been warned at checked in. A couple of young construction workers was playing in the elevator. It took 3 rounds of calling the elevator before we could downstairs without these young men (workers riding the elevators up/down). Horrible experience won't be staying her ever again!

Great Experience
Shuttle service was excellent J.J made sure we were taken care of dropping off and picking up. Front desk staff was friendly and very accommodating for an early checkout in. Breakfast was nice and the servers were great. We used the hot tub to relax and it was wonderful!
