Great pool and lagoon… beautiful accommodations. Food and drinks have room for improvement but the place is new so I’m sure staffing is still getting worked out. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons - We got a pool view room as an upgrade when we booked, but they gave us a “nature” view which was as basically the parking lot. They offered for me to “upgrade” again but I was not doing that. We had to valet at $50 a day and then wait for staff to pull car when it would have been much faster to grab it ourselves. It’s all right there. Fridge in room not set up but they did bring us a portable fridge which was great. We had one lunch for 3 people and it was $300. A bit pricey. The paddle board was fun but they need MANY more. There was a long wait for that. The bathroom toilet door is like a shower door and it slams shut. Was an odd design. Pros - beautiful pool and lagoon. Room was quiet. Staff was friendly. I liked the secure entrance. We liked the bracelet key entry a lot.

This is 5 stars all the way. While it is expensive; having certain cards enhances the value of the experience making this a must visit location. You will not see the actual beauty of this facility unless you are a client, but it is sublime. If you can afford it; you will be impressed. I heard that this was built late 2023 and I expect that it is going to blow up in popularity which is bitter sweet because right now it may be the best kept secret in Orlando: "it IS the BEST Hotel I've ever stayed in". Try the Prime Carpaccio at "Sophia's" - it will blow your mind.

Such a beautiful property! This could be a destination all in itself. They offer shuttles to the Disneyworld parks which is very convenient. The lagoon and amount of activities are beyond your wildest expectations. I can’t wait to go back!
