The Caribbean villa is located in a beautiful neighborhood just 20 minutes from major tourist attraction parks. It is within walking distance to restaurants grocery stores and more with the option of public transportation. It’s a quite neighborhood with a shared heated pool and tennis court. One of the benefits of the Villa is our uv light air purifier & water conditioner system that makes sure you have the best water&air to ensure the maximum amount of comfort while staying at the villa.

I recommand this place

The place was clean and quiet. Except for the bedroom near the living room, which smelled of cat urine at times. It might be interesting to have an instruction sheet on how to operate the TV combined with the joystick. The kitchen was perhaps missing a toaster and a pan for French fries. Nothing to worry about. The place was beautiful. Thanks

Volleyball housing rental

Rented for a volleyball coach, husband and 2 young twins. Was perfect for her family size, easy to get to Orange County Convention Center and back. Best part was not having to get on and off the Interstate to get there. Would definitely do this again.

Nasty unkept property

This was absolutely the worst place i have ever stayed at and was embarrassed to have my family with me. The blinds were broken we had to put sheets over the windows for privacy, there was very limited wash cloths towels and kitchen linens also we had to purchase our own toilet tissue and paper towels as there was only piece of rolls there. I'm sure there is alot more that i could add but think that you understand that i am very unhappy and would be hesitant to book through Verbo again

Florida get away

The accommodation served the purpose of a place to sleep and a hot shower which was all we needed. It did have some broken shades but we were not concerned about that. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was very convenient.

King size bed was comfortable. WiFi excellent. Even provided Netflix. Owner answered all questions quickly. Neighbors quiet. Had everything needed for a short stay. Conveniently located to Silver Spurs Arena. Nice selection of stores and restaurants close by. Older property, but was clean and comfortable. Had a very nice stay. Would use again

Location was convenient however appeared to be low rent area. Public pool was taken over with loud music. Eating snacks at pool edge. Condo itself: lamp needed in the family room, furniture felt like it was going to fall apart, having a washer and dryer was nice.. Could use a toaster. The cabinet under the sink needs repair. Made the place seem getto.

There were four of us staying; my wife and I and our son with partner. The price was right for us, and the house had all we needed. A garden would have been a bonus, but it wasn’t essential, with the communal pool only 50 metres away. The two bedrooms were both comfortable with plenty storage. The kitchen was well equipped ( maybe get a toaster). The lounge was ok, although with seats in a row, it was difficult to talk but easy to watch tv. The reclining seat sways RIGHT back, so be careful about hitting wall. The owner knows about it, but hasn’t yet worked out an answer. Shops and garages nearby. Access to Disney a short drive away. We would certainly go back.

Fully loaded place. It was clean and the mattress as well. You don’t need to bring anything but your clothes, very stock accurate pictures. They even had a blender. The area of the complex is clean and quiet. The people are friendly and welcoming come on over and have your experience
