HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in a 13 galloon bag and dispose it in the trash bin next to the front door to keep a clean home.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where the owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.

Our house undergoes an extensive cleaning and sanitization process. We hold ourselves to higher standards than most properties.
We are excited to host your upcoming stay at our house. After you have booked we will send you a link to finish the booking and the door code will be sent to you after you finish booking and a day before you arrive.
***The indoor garage is not accessible to guests. Feel free to use the driveway and the visitor parking spaces available throughout the community.***
