All staff were very pleasant and helpful. Our check-in was easy and the front desk lady that night was the best. She was fun and made the whole experience enjoyable. Great gave us great food recommendations too.

Thought it was odd that we had to pay for parking. We arrived Saturday morning around 10am, parked the car and Ubered to Disney since we couldn’t check in till later. Arrived back around 10:30pm and as we are checking in, they state that parking would be $20. We were parked there all day with no issues so adding the $20 on to the bill seemed like a scammy little fee. Everything about the property was great but having to pay for a parking decal for one day even though we had been parked out front all day prior to check in was wack. I’d still come back, great value stay near Disney

I want to give a very positive review for this hotel and recommend it as a very easy and affordable and CLEAN hotel room. The room has no carpet, only wood floors which I really appreciate. There was no noise at all where I stayed. Perfect placement to head to parks and Disney Springs in about 8 minutes each. It was a place to rest my head before I got up for parks in the AM. $18 for parking your car over night which is pretty standard in the area. (Better than $25 other places). Thank you for a comfortable stay.

Property sustained water damage. All walls are damaged in hallways, stains on carpet. There is very strong musty, moldy smell in all public areas. Rooms did not feel moldy. It’s sad to see the property in such condition because it is a beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, wonderful service personnel and delicious European style breakfast!

The breakfast attendant lady is wonderful... the janitor services in the our room were not good,The person who did the cleaning only made the bed and collected the garbage, they did not replace water or clean anything. The pool is cold even though there was plenty of sun. For the price I understand that I would not recommend it to friends. Once again thank the girl at breakfast who made our trip better. I gave my 5 star in service for her!

I had a nice time residing at AC Hotel. The hotel facility and amenities were modern and clean. I appreciate housekeeping automatically coming to tidy up my room and provide fresh towels everyday. The front desk representatives were professional. The breakfast served was a very nice and elegant display and the staff were super nice. I found it very convenient to have a shuttle take you to Disney; the only downfall, there was only 1 scheduled time to go to your preferred Disney park & if you missed it, you would have to take an Uber/Lyft. Furthermore, there should be at least 2 scheduled times to take you to Disney to properly accommodate. Lastly, this location isn’t walkable to nearby restaurants/shops. Therefore, if you don’t have a vehicle, it may be expensive to pay for Uber/Lyfts everyday.

I stayed here during a solo trip and felt very safe! This hotel is secure, nice and clean. The staff were very nice, always asking if I needed something, telling me to have a good day or night and calling my room to let me know my food was delivered. There is a decent Disney souvenir store basically in the hotels parking lot as well as my favorite, Waffle House, which I walked to for breakfast. Besides that, this isn’t a walkable area but it was a decent distance from everywhere I needed to go. It is right off the highway so there is that noise but nothing worth complaining about. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again!
