Nice get away

Property was spacious, rooms were good size, parking is tricky if you have alot of people staying over, we had a great time celebrating my 60th birthday, loved having 2 refrigerators only small issue is the back patio needs a little paint touch up

Well I contacted host way early before my stay and informed that I had an 65 birthday event, never informed me about the parking restrictions until 2 days prior to event, when it was too late to cancelled. Then when we arrived the property was filthy and dusty.

DTB changed house but it was smooth

Although we had to change houses, we were notified in a timely fashion and had no issue with check in upon arrival. The house was fine outside of the uncomfortable bed’s upstairs…they basically were a box spring with a cushion over them which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that all else was well.I would select again but probably bring a mattress pad to help with sleep.

Family Gathering

Everything was good except for parking. No street parking even during the day. The nearby overflow parking was always full. That was just the day of event, because we had about 25 people come by. Otherwise you do have 4 parking spots in the driveway. Either way we made it work. Some parked at the community club and we just picked them up. All is well :) It was very easy to enter the community with the QR Code provided. The place is very comfortable and looks just like the pictures. Plenty of pool and bath towels. Very nice dishes, utensils and pots and pans. The 2 refrigerators was awesome to have. We used them :) The pool was great except the pool deck drainage needs to be cleaned. We were going to use the hose but the hose has a hole in it. Not a show stopper. The view of the lake was nice. The bedroom and bathrooms were very clean and the beds were great. The 2 livingrooms was nice to have. The overall decor was very nice. The house was big enough to entertain our family and friends. Everyone loved the house. We enjoyed it very much. The gameroom was awesome, the kids and grown-ups enjoyed it. It was cool to see the pacman machine there, a blast from the past ;) We definitely recommend staying in this beautiful home. The host was very quick to respond from start to end. That's very important. One last comment, through no fault of the host. The community did not pick up the garbage but one time. We just drove it to the dumpster near the entrance.

Great location

This place was great for our family of 21. It was in a gated community with 24 hour security. The host was great. He responded in a timely manner ever time I reached out. The only problems we had was, there was a crack on the stove top. And one of the mattress in one of the bedrooms downstairs needs to be replaced.

Wonderful home for 8 adults and 5 children to celebrate Pops birthday!! Property was very clean and well equipped, very convenient to multiple amenities!! Good time had by all ! Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful home very spacious, enough to accomodate all our 18 family members. The pool and barbecue were great to have on the property. The plus was the ample parking across the street to park all of our family cars. Will definitely stay here again!

College Reunion

The size of the home met expectations. The pool was not heated when we arrived (as requested). That was fixed after a call to property manager. Then, the pool got too hot. Again, fixed after another call to property managers. Several other things that lead to an 4 star rating (instead of 5) were the lack of instructions for the various televisions throughout the home, absence of any pot holders or oven mitts, the water filters on both refrigerators not operative, one of the showers (Anna and Elsa) not working, lack of means to reach higher cabinets, limited serving dishes and outside fans clearly in need of a deep clean or replacement. Overall, the home met our needs and with a few tweaks, it could be a fabulous property.
