You will have FULL access to the state-of-the-art, luxury-inspired OASIS CLUB and the WATER PARK AT CHAMPIONS GATE. The Oasis Water park offers something for the whole family. Located behind the Oasis clubhouse, this water wonderland gives guests the perfect place to relax when they’re not visiting the nearby theme parks of Orlando.

There’s something for everyone. Kids will enjoy the water slides, the splash zone and the lazy river in the kid-friendly zone. Parents and grown-ups will enjoy the tranquility of the lagoon pool and surrounding sun deck, the shaded cabanas, the Tiki Bar and bubbling spa pool. Spend the whole day and enjoy a meal together at the Oasis Grille restaurant or a snack at the Tiki Bar by the pool.

This is a self-catering home. A starter supply of paper products and soap is provided. Guests will purchase any additional items for their use during their stay.

Our beautiful home is located in a beautiful resort.
Also known as The Oasis Club, or simply The Oasis. This luxury amenity center is a beautiful and impressive resort in an exclusive gated community known for its beautiful homes. The resort features an impressive 16,000 square foot Clubhouse | In the 1,500 m² clubhouse building, you will find The Grille Room restaurant and bar, concierge, cinema, fitness center, games room and much more. Outdoor amenities include two temperature-controlled pools, a lazy river, two-story waterslide, aqua children's play area, sand volleyball, cabanas for rent, poolside food and beverage service and the Tiki Bar. Separately, the community also has 7 tennis courts and the ChampionsGate Country Club golf course.

Availability of all resort facilities is not guaranteed as part of the rental agreement.

- Full guest list required prior to check-in
- Heated spa is optional and we charge a fee to heat it
- Barbecue is optional and we charge to use it
- Vacation rental communities DO NOT allow roadside parking
- Commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, trailers, automobiles and boats can only enter temporarily for loading and unloading.
- Motorcycles and golf carts are not permitted unless they are legal and registered like other motor vehicles.
They must be parked in the garage (not allowed if your home has a garage converted into a games room, moving games is prohibited, subject to a fine).
- Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing and we have no responsibility for this.
- Electric Cars: It is forbidden to charge vehicles at home. Failure to comply will result in a fine of $500 per charge plus electricity costs.
- Any of our rules that are broken will be subject to a fine of $500.

We do not allow extra guests. Everyone must be informed on the platform, between adults and children.
