BE OUR GUEST! Welcome to our 5 Star luxury retreat in the heart of Kissimmee, Florida at the beautiful Emerald Island Resort. Step into seven bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms of vacation bliss minutes from the fabulous Walt Disney Resort. We are located minutes from incredible shopping and dining options that line the US 192 Corridor. Whether you choose to go out or stay in and enjoy a home cooked meal and drinks on the outdoor patio in front of a private pool, we have spared no expense to make sure you feel relaxed the second you step through our doors.

Our fully renovated luxury home consists of seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms of stress free vacation accommodations. Our house consists of five king sized Nectar mattress bedrooms to make sure all of our guests enjoy the same level of luxury. There are also two kids bedrooms consisting of two twin beds each themed for an incredible kids experience. The house is fully outfitted with new 2021 furniture for your comfort and enjoyment.

The house features a breathtaking new kitchen equipped with new appliances and many extras. Our goal is to make sure that you have a seamless transition into a fabulous vacation experience. Every king bedroom is equipped with a 55” Smart TV, and there is a 75” smart TV in the living room. The Kids rooms both have a 32” Smart TV. All are equipped with Cable, Netflix and Disney Plus on us!

Every bathroom comes with hand soap and lotion as well as towels and full size bars of soap. We provide all the dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, Tide Pods and Bounce sheets you will need for your stay. We also provide coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener, oil,
vinegar, salt and pepper to ensure you have all the little things you need to make your vacation enjoyable and stress free.

Emerald Island Resort is a prestigious gated & guarded community located on Disney's doorstep. Surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11
heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community.
Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything the worlds most popular destination has to offer.

Great Location-Beautiful Neighborhood

Awesome location. So close to Disney. The house is in a beautiful gated community. Each room is decorated with an adorable Disney theme. The backyard pool area is so nice to hang around with the family. Leo was amazing and responded quickly to any question we had. The only negative I have is that the house could’ve been cleaner.

Wonderful Christmas stay

We stayed the week before Christmas and it was lovely. We are frequent visitors to WDW and this was our first experience in 30 years staying off property. Having an infant with us all made this the best choice for this trip and it worked out beautifully. Leo was wonderful to communicate with and the house had all our needs provided. Plenty of towels, personal products and kitchen items made it easy. The hot tub was a place we ended up each night after we were back from the parks and the baby was asleep
..and it was even more enjoyable with Christmas movies playing on the outdoor tv.

Quiet piece of paradise

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The pictures don't do the house justice. It was absolutely gorgeous, neighborhood was so nice, and the check in process was so easy. Communication was great. The house is so close to everything but you don't feel like you're in the middle of everything. My family and I are from a small farm town area, so we were so happy we could have quiet after long days. Definitely will book again!

Fabulous Villa

Took 13 of us ranging from 2 to 65 to Orlando for my belated 60th birthday. This villa ticked all our boxes. Close enough to the parks, but on a beautiful, quiet resort. The house was large enough for us all not to be on top of each other. Fantastically comfortable, huge beds. Crisp linen. Large, well stocked kitchen. Could do with some new non stick pans though, but that’s just about the only criticism I have. Large outside seating area, around a gated pool. This was perfect for us with 6 children. I wish we had had more ‘down’ days to have fully appreciated the accommodations. Added bonus of ‘Trunk or Treat’ at the reception/club house on Halloween, which the kids loved, and such a great idea. I would have no hesitation in staying here again.

An Oasis!

We absolutely loved our time at Leo's place! If I could give it 6 stars, I would :) We enjoyed the fun theming and all the space! This house is big and had so many sleeping options. Beds were comfy and rooms were well appointed with everything you need. Leo is truly a thoughtful and attentive host. As a person who stays at a lot of different vacation rentals, I was impressed by what was included (coffee/tea, soap, shampoo, cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even laundry supplies!). The community itself is peaceful and beautiful. I enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai and leisurely walks through the quiet neighborhood. Check out the nature trails too! Leo was super responsive both before and after the stay, so I always felt supported. 10/10, highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Vacay

This is only the second time that our whole family has been able to vacation together. Our family consisted of 13 of us
.ranging in ages from 18 months on up to 87 yrs! We wanted to find the perfect spot for us to all be together & we did! It was the PERFECT house!! I think the kids enjoyed the pool just as much.. if not more than the parks

Large Common Spaces

Our large family gathered at Leo's house for a week stay. We all enjoyed the large kitchen-living space for indoor hang outs. The outdoor space was used most by our group. The outdoor flat screen, outdoor lounging spaces, and the pool/hot tub were a hit with our group. Communication with Leo before and during our trip was easy. Leo responded quickly to a few needs early in our stay.

amazing family trip!

We had the best time staying here for our Disney trip! We had grandparents, two younger couples, and two young kids. We had plenty of space, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms for everyone. The pool was amazing for our off days from the parks. We were 20-25ish minutes from the Disney parks which was perfect because we were close but also got a break from crowds when we were at the house. Leo was amazing to work with. He was very easy to reach before the trip with any questions we had as well as during. Highly recommend this location!

Great Week!!

We have stayed at alot of houses through the years and I can honestly say this was by far the most well stocked house we have been in. It had more than enough of the every day things you need to live in a house for a week. Even shampoo/conditioner in every bath! The welcome basket of goodies and the note were special touches that were most appreciated. The house was really pretty and the outside area with tv,pool, and plenty of comfy seating was perfect at the end of a busy day. A big thank you also for being a pet friendly property! The neighborhood was great for walking our goldendoodle every day. I would highly reccommend to families looking for a central location to all the parks!

The house was perfect for us. We were a party of 14, ranging in age from 7 to 71. Plenty of beds, all theme decorated for Disney! The pool was a big hit with the grandkids and it was conveniently located to Disney. We would definitely use this again!

Family Dream Vacation

AMAZING!! Host was top notch with communications. Home was exactly as described. Enough room for 10 of us. Loved having a "home base" to go to after long days at the Disney Parks. It was an easy drive to the parks. Sometimes traffic was a headache but host and VRBO can not change that. Neighbors of the home were so friendly, park right across street. Kids and adults loved having the pool to cool down in and relax in the hot tub. Great place cant wait to go back.
