I appreciated our stay, but there were a couple of issues with the air quality in the rooms. The first room I was issued smelled like cigarette smoke; I was concerned because I was required to sign a non-smoking clause - Smoking occurred in the room I would’ve been charged $150. Attendant assigned me a different room. The second room was very clean and smelled great, but my partner began having sneezing and wheezing attacks Whenever the AC was turned on. We thought it was Outdoor allergies That maybe someone had their pet in the room earlier. But it turned out that there was some black mold Underneath and to the side of the the air conditioner. There wasn’t a lot of mold, but it was definitely present. We took pictures and reported it to staff who apologized. Everything else was fine I would stay there again if I could have a clean, mold free room

The room we were in needs updating. There are cracks in the corners of walls, especially the bathroom. It has a kitchen with stove and nothing to there to use the stove. It was a suite and i thought there would be more amenities.

Had water pouring into our room during a storm. They come take pictures bring a bucket and towels say there are no more rooms we say we will stay in room because they have no other rooms and they will give us compensation. Now can’t reach manager. Surprise surprise. Room 133.

Comfortable and reasonably priced for a one night stay following a funeral. The only thing we found odd was the small square pillows with a king- sized bed! Hot breakfast was nice.

Room was dated to say the least. HVAC unit was falling apart, every faucet drips, everything appeared to be cobbled together. Staff was great. I don't really know how this place is listed as a 7.2, someone has to be filling out phoney reviews. I will not stay there again.

I don’t like the fact that Laundry was listed in the amenities when it’s not an amenity. I didn’t like the rude attendant at the desk. I didn’t like the nasty coffee (yuck) . Lastly I didn’t like the additional charges for room reservation when I already paid on Expedia…. But the room was convenient and it was clean…I plan to get another this coming weekend but I would never come back here

Really run down needs a refresh badly
Place is old and rundown. Service was meh. Showed no interest of me as a customer. Asked for a wake-up call and it never happened. When front desk was told they pretty much said “ oh well “ not that there was anything they could do but pretty poor. Would not recommend or of course ever stay here again
