We apologize for the inconvenience caused and for not being able to refund your deposit. We found cigarette butts in your room and noticed burn marks on the fridge and washroom vanity. Additionally, the front desk received multiple complaints from other guests regarding loud noise disturbances during your two-day stay. However, we are willing to provide you with evidence that the room was vandalized during your stay and are open to further communication on the matter.

However the hotel management takes the issue of bedbugs seriously as the safety and comfort of our guests are our top priority, it employs a comprehensive detection program that maintains the highest level of vigilance. Our housekeeping and maintenance staff (Collaborate with the outside specialist too, if required and if true) perform regularly scheduled inspections. In the unlikely and unusual event, that a guest suspects a problem, the guest is relocated, the area in question is isolated to determine whether a problem exists, and if warranted, the situation is immediately remedied.
