« We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. « The 1784 Denison Home is a beautiful historical property. The home is decorated in period style with a nautical theme. Our family of six was most comfortable. The grandchildren (ages 12 and 13) enjoyed their separate bedrooms and took advantage of the many games and activities that were provided. The home's exterior is outstanding. « Our stay was pleasant. The house had adequate space for 8 people to sleep, eat together, lounge in the living room. We did not use the dining room, ate dinner and played table games on the table adjacent to the kitchen. The sunroom and outdoor deck were very nice assets. "The gently "green" philosophy is appreciated, but the rate charged is borderline outrageous considering the quality of the room (the one my family and I stayed in). Granted, the hotel’s location is fantastic, but the room was small, without a TV, dark, bare — almost monastic… In short, sad and with no view… and all that for nearly €1,000. A big disappointment for us."
