This property stunk or room smelled like a dead mouse was in it. Then I was double charged for this absolute awful stay!

Went all the way up to the room and the keys didn’t work, don’t you hate that? Went back downstairs and the poor receptionist was frustrated with the keying system and I don’t blame her. Re-keyed and it still didn’t work, can you believe it? Third time is the charm I guess but wow. Hey, management - do you think it’s time to get a more reliable system? Otherwise good stop for a road trip layover, and better than average breakfast!

All the baseboards down the halls of the third floor had been taken off, I assume this was for replacing but it really stands out.

Sorry about the baseboards, we recently renovated that floor, however the baseboards did not ship in time. It's ugly for sure; but very temporary thank goodness. Thanks for staying with us!

This hotel has easy parking and on off access to the freeway. It’s a bit rundown and needs some updating but the beds and pillows were comfortable.

Property was very nice and very helpful workers. Only bad complaint was that there was a bee inside the room without us knowing and our daughter got stung.

Only suggestion would be to have the staff check the pool more often We were there for two nights and we were able to get in the hot tub for about 10 minutes because it was full of kids under 14 all afternoon

This motel was clean! The staff was very friendly! There were several options for breakfast. It was close to the freeway, Walmart, IHOP, and several shopping options.

The Location was ok. Can’t complain as I wanted to be close to UVU, with it being next to the freeway so was the hotel. So the traffic was loud. I did like being close to campus. Breakfast was ok. My bathroom for some reason especially at night smelled of sewage and when I flushed the toilet the drain in the shower made a gurgling sounds made me worried it was gonna come up in the shower. The hot water in the shower was only luke warm. Didn’t get very hot. Had the knob turned up all the way and still not very hot. During they day they had some delivery or something and had the hallway blocked off very difficult to get to the elevators. Having to dodge large boxes and delivery people was a bit inconvenient.

Staff are great! We always seem to forget something and the front desk staff were great and found a swim diaper for us! My kids love the room.

The office chair in the room was broken. It gives no back support and tips back a long way when you sit in it. The drain grate came off. Room 112. This is an awesome place. The breakfast is so good. the hot tub needs to be scraped and painted on the bottom. Everyone is friendly. the room with the extra couch is nice to watch tv from. There was plenty of room. The pillows need to be bigger and some firmer. I'd recommend this to my friends!

The hotel was okay, all of our bedding was dirty- not stained but unwashed food marks. The bed skirt has what looked like throw up on it again not a stain. The carpet in our room was sticky to walk on. The pool was decent and our kids enjoyed it. The staff was friendly.

Overall a good value for the accommodations. The pillows and bed were not great. Nice breakfast, pool and fitness center.

Terrible Rooms.
Old hotel rooms, terrible parking. For $179.00 a night the rooms should have been updated. I could have stayed at a La Quinta for $65.00 and got the same type of room. I won’t stay here again.

Truly sorry to hear that the hotel was not what you expected. We're currently in the process of a very nice renovation, doing one floor at a time over the next couple of months; although it sounds as if you've made a choice to stay elsewhere next time you come to town. I spent a week at this hotel on a trip to help my sister in her recovery from surgery. The hotel experience was excellent. The room was in really good shape, there was alot of light, it was clean; the bathroom was clean. (I just wish that there was a shower, not a tub as I worry about falls; but there was a good grab rail.) Breakfast was great. And the proximity to a very good IHOP was a real plus. I could walk over and back from the hotel car park. Everyone was Utah nice and friendly.

Easy check in with my dog. I had requested a room on the first floor, and the perfect location was waiting. Dog area outside is very clean and well kept, with disposal supplies and well lighted at night.
