Ce condo moderne et moderne se trouve dans un endroit bien désiré! Proche de tout; 1. 2 miles de Fred Meyers ou juste 1. 5 miles du port de Brookings. Avec le plancher de bois franc dans tout ce condo, il est un endroit agréable pour avoir votre animal de compagnie avec vous lors de vos aventures sur la cÎte de l'Oregon.

Disposition de la maison:
Ceci est un condo de deux Ă©tages.

En bas se trouve l'entrée principale, avec une chambre à coucher, accÚs au garage et à la zone de lavage.
La chambre du bas, est une chambre principale supplémentaire. Avec un matelas king et salle de bain complÚte connectée.
En montant les escaliers, vous entrez dans un amĂ©nagement de style loft ouvert, Ă©clairĂ© et naturel. OĂč la cuisine, la salle Ă  manger et le salon ne font qu'un. Asseyez-vous et apprĂ©ciez la compagnie de chacun en prĂ©parant un repas ou en regardant la tĂ©lĂ©vision. Le canapĂ© situĂ© dans le salon se transforme en un matelas king pour un couchage supplĂ©mentaire.
Le maĂźtre principal est situĂ© Ă  l’étage avec une belle vue sur l’ocĂ©an, un matelas king-size, un mur de placard. La salle de bain attenante est une combinaison douche / baignoire avec une pomme de douche double.

The condo is very comfortable and in a fantastic area. The BBQ didn't work for us but they sent maintenance out right away to fix it and we were able to use it that night. Our chief complaint is that the floors were quite filthy. Our feet were black within an hour. We vacuumed and mopped the floors twice before they were clean enough to walk on without shoes. We also needed to use the couch bed but it had no sheets and the mattress was dirty so my boy just slept on the couch rather than the bed. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were very clean and well stocked. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer and they did a great job.

This property was just perfect! I love the location and the set up of the house. We used several of the board games, the kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes you could need. Beds are super comfortable, lots of extra blankets and towels. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was nice and cozy. Very clean, good location and quiet. Just what we needed! The only bad thing was the bed in the upstairsbrdroom has a very sharp edge on the foot board that i kept running into. Left a pretty nasty bruise. So be careful! Lol totally enjoyed our stay and we will be back!

We had a nice stay at this condo for 4 nights. Perfect size for our family of 4. (2 adults, kids aged 17 and 19). Very pleasant neighbors. Fully stocked kitchen and SUPER COMFY beds and bedding. We were thankful for the garage, it was perfect for storing our bikes. Just a note about the stairs that you must climb to the main living area of the condo
was fine for us but may not be suitable for everyone. We had a small issue with TV remotes (batteries dead) but manager rushed some right over. ***note to future renters: we found the ROKU remote works best for the tv functions
and the volume button is on the side! I honestly can’t think of one thing to complain about. It was a great visit! Oh! And we were surprised by all of the deer that hang around the neighborhood in the evening

Overall a nice space. Fairly updated and clean. Dish washer a tad loud so run while you sleep. We did have a baby and a toddler with us who needed to nap. They have those nice pull down blinds but they are white and not light blocking. Plan accordingly . Otherwise a great space close to everything. Nice to have a partial view of the marina and you can hearthe ocean. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful beach weekend with our kids. Everything was very nice and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. When traveling with little kids, having a dishwasher, a bathtub, and a clothes washer & dryer makes all the difference!

We enjoyed our stay! Close to the coast and stores. We visited the Redwoods and drove to Gold Beach. We enjoyed exploring and hiking. Very nice and clean , no problems.

Very nice and comfortable place. The beds were great! Neighbors were friendly. We were visiting family in the area and it was Memorial Weekend so there was lots to do in town. For those folks with knee problems, there are a lot of stairs to get to the kitchen/living area, but it was wonderful for us. It was the perfect retreat spot for us. Thank you for sharing.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, no unexpected surprises. We had an issue with the cable and called the property manager, they came right over and took care of it. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed for cooking dinners. There is also a grill which we used several times. As mentioned in several of the other reviews, the beds were very comfortable. There is a lot to see and do close by, we frequented the beach several times and drove down to the redwoods.

This condo was a great location for getting to local activities. When we arrived someone else’s things were there but this was resolved within an hour and they reimbursed us us $100. The garbage disposal does not work and the sink kept backing up but they sent someone to fix it. They fixed the drain but not the disposal. The neighbors are not friendly so we kept to ourselves and had a great time. Lovely area to visit.

Vrbo app didn't specify which unit we were in so we had to call after hours but they were very helpful. The condo itself is great, only real complaint was that the beds were stiff. Our daughter had a rough time falling asleep in a new place and the neighbors were very understanding of the situation. Very well kept, would rent again! One thing I recommend is that they change the keypad code more often as there was a mishap after we checked out where another Vrbo renter was able to access the property prior to their scheduled arrival which lead the property manager to believe we hadn't checked out on time. Not a huge deal but kind of concerning from a protection standpoint.
