« This house is perfect for a couple or family. Two bedrooms with queen beds and the softest sheets and comforter. A full sized kitchen and family, facing the bay. A beautiful deck with bbq and comfortable seating. There’s a separate structure/studio which has a queen sized bed and heated flooring. The grounds are beautifully kept with extra sitting areas. Highly recommend, will go back again! »

« Clean house, well located and close to Eastsound with a great view. Well appointed, including kids toys which were appreciated. The sounds of the ferries CD was a hit. »

« Overall, we had a great stay. The house is clean and in a great location — about halfway between Eastsound and Moran state park. We appreciated the fenced backyard for our dogs. Only negative was that there isn’t a ton of seating in the living room (one couch and a few papasan chairs that were low to the ground), which might be something to consider if you’re coming with more than 2 adults (kids probably wouldn’t mind the papasan chairs as much). »

« We were a group of four women, all good friends who needed a break from our professional responsibilities. Three of us are interior designers. We adored the house, the decor, the cleanliness. It was a super location, close to town and yet quiet. Photos do not do it justice; we will probably book it again next year as an annual tradition. »

« This is an older home, but has absolutely beautiful views of the water. We loved the stairs that gave us easy access down to the water. The only thing we were disappointed in was the lack of basic ingredients in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea). Overall, it was a nice getaway! »

« Comfortable, well maintained property. It's a great place to decompress with a peaceful location toward the end of the road. There is a nice small community beach to wander and take in the sea, Mt Baker, and comb for shells, etc. Wifi was strong. Check in and check out were easy. One word of caution is that the place could become unreachable or nearly so if there is significant snow or ice in winter. »

« The house is pretty much perfect. Clean, well decorated/layed out, supplied, organized and location is spot on. You have options to many indoor or outdoor seating to retreat to having your own space or lounging about with who you’re traveling with. All the bedrooms are cozy and are supplied about the same. « We loved our stay on Orcas Island. This rental was nicely located. Close to Eastsound for groceries and shopping, and even closer to Moran for lots of gorgeous hiking! The house was well-appointed and had everything you need. It is a professional property manager, so they are easy to reach and very responsive. »
