Great Cabin
Great place out in the woods for a weekend. The beds are comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and the pond is very well kept. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Orangeburg Cabin
This Cabin was very nice and comfortable. If you are going to stay here you need to be aware that this is in a remote Wooded area. As a result you can expect to see bugs, though it is obvious they do keep the Cabin sprayed as most of them were dead or dying. This did not bother us, but some may be a bit squimish. The area was very quiet and we enjoyed setting on the Dock of an evening and then using the Hot Tub.

Beautiful property
We stayed here during a part of our honeymoon, the property is absolutely stunning. The owner, Tris, is such a kind person. We had an issue during our stay & it was resolved quickly and VERY generously! We are so grateful for how kind Tris treated us during our stay.

Quiet and peaceful getaway
Property is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful and serene. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of life this is the place to go! All nature has to offer. Pack your bug spray! I did get bitten by a hornet/wasp through my pants just walking up on the dock I didn’t know what got me lol. Gotta love nature! All in all a beautiful place a must visit!

Wonderful pond cabin
A nice little cabin by the pond with all the amenities one can wish for. The weather wasn’t the greatest with rain pretty much every day but we were able to still enjoy plenty of fishing, outdoor cooking and hot tub/swimming/boating. There isn’t much to do otherwise around the area but it’s a perfect spot for a chill vacation if you want to just enjoy the peacefulness and quiet.

AMAZING!! LOVED IT!!
Cabin was spotless, well stocked with necessities, and we LOVED the decor. We had a great time fishing and kayaking on the lake. Close to groceries and gas, but far enough away that you felt secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. Spoke to the owner briefly and he was so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Quiet getaway

Peace on earth
Was a very peace stay and checking in was a breeze called owner a little early to check in but he was having property cleaned/sanitized but soon as they were through he called and it was no problem. 2 nights stay was peaceful relaxing. Me and my wife had plenty of rest relaxing and romancing with a little music wine and hot tub. The fishing was good got plenty of bites but only caught a couple little ones. We did enjoy the stay. Another Great Trip!!
Our 2nd trip to the private pond cabin was better than the 1st time there. Had a great time spending family time together. My daughter caught a really nice size catfish. Spent most of our time outside enjoying nature and all its beauty. Stormed some but we weren't complaining. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at your cabin.

I was by myself the first few days and very much enjoyed the much needed quiet serenity while crafting. My SIL with her 6 and 4 year old came for the last two nights. The boys loved catching fish, jumping into the pond, spending time in the hot tub, climbing up and down the bunk beds, and some target practice with the BB gun on the last morning.

It took me less than an hour to reach the pond cabin, and within this short time the air smelled cleaner and my mind had escaped. Great place to get away for some rest and relaxation. The cabin is pleasantly decorated, clean and comfortable. The hot tub, grill, firepit, doc and boats give you plenty to do. We fished quite a bit and caught one good sized bass that was delicious. Highly recommended.

A hunters rustic and cozy paradise!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It is warm, rustic and fits our hunting lifestyle to a tee. We enjoyed the peacefulness, solitude and great location. We felt like we were away from the hustle and bustle of these trying times yet still within a short distance of everyday conveniences. The owners where exceptionally accommodating to any all of our needs. They have become great friends and we will certainly be staying with them again!!! We highly recommend this peaceful out of the way retreat.

We enjoyed the pond and fishing, using artificial bait at first with no luck, once we switched to live bait the fish would hit soon as the bobber hits the water. My husband hooked some large bass, using the john boat. The house is cozy and perfect for a small family, the screen porch and hot tub are great ways to pass the time in the evening. Perfect getaway to escape the day to day grind of life. Thank you Tris for sharing your pond house with us.
