As you walk up the footpath, through the leafy green trees and enter through the doorway to this recently restored heritage home, you will feel the calmness and serenity your group is yearning for wash over them instantly.
All six elegantly styled bedrooms are ready for you to drop your luggage off so you can venture out to the wonderful award-winning restaurants, world-class vineyards, boutique shops, trendy cafes, national parks, hiking and walking tracks such as Lake Canobolas and Borenore Caves.

The dining and kitchen spaces are appointed with modern appliances and all of the essential amenities you require. Bring your group together in the spacious living areas where you can unwind with a movie or have a beautiful dinner in the rear dining room that looks out into the stunning garden. Guests will also love that they can enjoy a local wine or two in the sunny backyard accompanied by a delicious cheese platter.

THE LOCATION
At your doorstep are world-class vineyards, Towac Racecourse and the beautiful Philip Shaw winery are only a couple of minutes.

Emus Rugby Grounds and Elephant Park are just across the road and Omar Academy Coffee Shop is a short 10 minute stroll to grab your morning coffee.

Orange CBD is less than a 5 minute drive away and here you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to cafes, restaurants, bars, parks, shopping & more.

The Neighborhood:
Orange is a beautiful city distinguished by its gorgeous tree-lined streets, charming heritage houses and fresh local produce. Home to just over 40,000 people, this significant regional centre hosts an exciting calendar of events including festivals of food and wine, cycling, running, hot-air ballooning and poetry along with regular farmers markets and much more.
Over 80 vineyards surround Orange and produce distinguished cool-climate wines made with passion by our resident winemakers and vignerons. The city is also known for its lovely parks, brilliant autumn colours, vibrant café’s and award winning restaurants.

Other Things to Note:
Fireplace: this property has a fireplace that you are more than welcome to use if you wish. Instructions are provided in the Welcome Book in the home and also in your check in details closer to your arrival. Firewood is not provided, however, there are several local providers or you can message us ahead of time and we can help you organise to have some available when you arrive.

- The second dining room is a formal dining room with a full set of dinnerware and cutlery. This dining room can seat between 18-20 people if needed.
- The oven is an Aga. It is a particular type of oven that can take longer to heat and cook food. Please be aware of this when booking.
- There are two refrigerators so you will have plenty of space to store food etc for your stay.
- This is a two story home. There are two bedrooms located upstairs as well as a loungeroom and bathroom.
- Only the fireplaces in the main bedroom and the dining room are in working order.

Interaction with Guests:
I plan to give my guests space but am available when needed.

Fab place to stay in Orange

Brilliant accommodation and conveniently located. The house was beautiful, clean and beautiful. If travelling with small people just be aware that the oven has to stay on and is hot to touch. The house was otherwise it was so well stocked for little kids and adults alike!

What a fantastic venue for our family group of 12 to celebrate both an 80th birthday and 50th wedding anniversary. There was so much space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. And even though I'd read some cautious remarks about the AGA oven, it proved to be a huge hit and was well used during our stay. We enjoyed our time there so much we're already talking about our next visit there.
