With breathtaking views and an abundance of outdoor and indoor activities, there is something for everyone to enjoy. The spacious home features 16 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 24 guests.
Inside, entertainment options abound. The game room comes complete with a kitchen, wet bar, shuffle board table, air hockey, and foosball table. The main living area exudes a sophisticated clubhouse vibe with its vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a massive TV above the fireplace. The open floor plan encourages a sense of togetherness, allowing conversations to flow seamlessly throughout the space.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar, perfect for cooking up delicious meals. **Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Guest Access:
You have full access to our entire house, our property, and boat house. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!
Interaction with Guests:
We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
