Loved all the master bedrooms in this home, plenty of room for our family. The pool was great, the kids loved it… they did freak out about all the spider webs on all the outdoor furniture, but grandpa cleaned them off for us. Also most of the house was clean except for the floors in the house were very dirty, you couldn’t wear your socks or bare feet around the house or they would get black from the dirt, cleaners need to mop all the floors! Very close to Disneyland and the beach, our family had a great time!

Overall a Nice House!
First of all, I would agree with some of the past reviews that this house is a bit worn-out. With that said, I think the overall appearance of the house is okay. The one thing I was not impressed with was the lack of cleanliness of the home. We had to vacuum upon our arrival and there were several sticky marks throughout the kitchen and dining room and on nightstands. The house was also quite dusty. In all fairness, it seems like this house was pretty booked before and after our stay, so perhaps housekeeping didn't have enough time to thoroughly clean the home. The house itself is spacious and accommodating. The pool and spa were also nice. We had a couple issues with things not working during our stay, and the property manager almost instantly corrected the issues while we were there. All in all, the location is great, but I would recommend not viewing this as a luxury home. To me, it is more average, but rest assure the property management company is readily available to help if anything does come-up, and the house itself is large and fully stocked with the items shown in their pictures (plus some!).

Great Out of town retreat
We had some team members from out of town come and stay. The house was great for gathering before meetings, connecting with co-workers. The many rooms and private bathrooms allowed for everyone to have a great experience away from their local offices

Great location but a very tired home.
The indoor bedroom furniture needs to be replaced and updated. Two bed frames were broken or unstable. Many dining chairs need to replaced. There was a leaking shower and bathroom facet. Overall this house was in a great location but is very tired and worn. It looks dirty on the inside.

Family vacation
The house had a lot of room for all 14 of me and my family. Very clean. The family enjoyed the game room with the poool table and ping pong table. Though it was very cold outside, my family still enjoyed the swimming pool. Would definitely rent this house again.

Short drive to Disney
Over all our stay was pretty good. We enjoyed the house for the most part. There are a LOT of rules to staying in this home. Please read the other reviews. If your a family who does not care about not being out past 10 in the yard or making too much noise then you too could enjoy your visit. We personally loved the added protection of the alrms on the doors leading to the pool since we had a six year old who loves to swim but also a 2 year old with no swimming lessons who followed the 6 year old like a shadow. The drive to disney was short. The location to lots of other amenities of shopping was great. The size of the home was perfect for our family of 9 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great and the hot tub at the end of all the walking we had done was wonderful too. The cleanliness of the house could use some follow up. Overall it was a good stay and we would stay in the house again.

Wonderful setting
The property was as listed. The rooms were comfortable. The kids had fun playing pool and ping pong. Everything was as advertised. The only draw back was outside was off limits after 10. There were older adults that would have liked the use of the hot tub after the kids went to bed. There were two of us in our 70’s and three in their 50’s. That was the only complaint we have. And we knew before we got there that this was the policy. Just would have loved the opportunity to have adult time without the kids.

Good property with a few drawbacks
We enjoyed our stay overall. The house is in great location right off the freeway and close to stores and restaurants. Convenient for DoorDash. 15 minutes to Disney and about 20 minutes to Newport beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The city rules and regulations are excessive and the alarm on the back patio doors is ear piercing. Small kids can’t reach the button so it was going off constantly. The floors were dirty so walking around barefoot was kind of gross. It may just be that the material the floors are made of are hard to get clean. The fridge was missing a shelf so there wasn’t enough space to keep food for 13 people. Also, the ice maker clogged very easily. The kitchen was stocked decently but could have been better. No kitchen rags for wiping down counters and the table. There were only two trash bags for our entire stay with 13 people for 8 days. We had to buy extra toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, etc. The garbage disposal was clogged but they sent someone quickly to fix it so that was appreciated. Their yard maintenance crew filled all the outside garbage bins with green waste at the beginning of our stay so we couldn’t even use them. That was very inconvenient. We did love the 3 master suites all with an en-suite bath and king beds. The adults all said the beds were pretty comfortable but the pillows were horrible. The kids complained about their beds being hard. Overall, I would rate this property good but not great.

Disappointed
There were things broken in the house.. you couldnt open the back door without a screaming alarm... we had to been inside by 10pm... the buttons to the pool wouldnt work right... the amount this cost i was just disappointed... i should be able to go outside if i want and just have to be inside if we arent being loud and disruptive it shouldnt matter....

Nice House but a little far from Disney
We loved the 3 masters with this house. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults and 4 kids. When booking the house, I thought it was much closer to the parks than it turned out to be- it was a 20 minute drive to the park, on multiple freeways. Alternatively, you can drive straight on a main road, but with dozens of stoplights. All the posted signs and reminders of fees for damage/misuse inside the house were over the top, and the paranoia of being in the backyard and violating the quiet laws did not make it feel like a place we could relax- we were constantly shushing the kids while playing in the pool in the middle of the day. I would say the problem is more with Anaheim and not this house specifically.

The whole truth
The property was nice. We didn't like that you couldn't go outside past 10pm on your property ( No pool or jacuzzi). You couldn't play music outside past 10pm (No enjoyment at night outside). I think that you should tell customers before they book any home with those restrictions. Especially families that are on vacation. Those kind of restrictions take the fun out of a vacation. Literatlly found out when we were signing the agreement, which was too late for us to find another home.

This was a family trip to attend my son’s graduation. We had never used VRBO before but were pleasantly surprised. The pictures online accurately reflected the house. The manager was very responsive to our questions. The water feature of the pool was lovely and we enjoyed the jacuzzi. I would recommend the property and the management.

Great location, not the cleanest house, floors were left pretty dirty our feet were all dirty/black from walking around without shoes on (on day one). Dirty clothes were left underneath one of our beds from the last renters and there was no cleaning supplies. He ended up having to go out to buy paper towels/ toilet paper and trash bags. The pool alarm was also very frustrating, I understand it but think there should be an option to turn it off fully if no kids are traveling in the party. It’s a nice rental just hoped it would of been a little cleaner and offered more to the basic cleaning supplies we needed for how high the cost of the house was.

Nice home that accommodated us fine. Alarm for exiting to backyard was annoying as kids kept forgetting and would open door setting off alarm. Pool and jacuzzi a plus for sure.

Hello, We enjoyed our time at the house. The pool was exactly what we were looking for and there was plenty of space for everyone in our group. We had 10 adults. The only thing that was annoying was the door alarms. Every time someone went outside they had to push a bypass button or the alarm would go off. It was most frustrating when it happened in morning.

Space was ideal for our family of 14; 8 adults and 6 children ranging from age 14 to 7 months. The pool was the most popular location for the family and proximity to Disneyland was very convenient. Instructions for entry, to live and enjoy the house and surrounding area were detailed, clear and accurate. Would definitely go back to this house.

Great location for Disneyland. Does sleep a lot of people. The pool and backyard are nice. They provided two pack and plays that were clean. The place is not as big as the pictures appear. The place was pretty clean but the kitchen wasn’t that clean along with the fridge and the washer is moldy. There also is a big problems with a lot of bugs in the house! They need to exterminate. We felt like we couldn’t put our crawling baby down.

Great place. Clean. The pool repair man showed up quickly to fix an issue we had with the hot tub. Listing should be more upfront about the fact that you can't be outside in the pool after 10:00pm. Also some consideration should be given to being able to lower the thermostat at least a degree or two because everyone in our group complained of sweating at night while in laying in bed.

Family trip to Disneyland
We stayed at the property with three generations of our family to take the grandbabies to Disneyland for the first time. Hotels in the area would have been more expensive and we would not have had the ability to have the home feel when we were not at the park. The rooms were spacious and the home was very clean. The pool and spa were great for recovery from a long day and there were pool toys for all of the girls to play with. The drive to the park was a breeze for every uber we used. Bonus tip skip all the hassles and driving cost and use an uber to and from the parks. Much less in parking and much less walking. This is a life saver after long days of walking with kids at the parks. This property has all of the amenities of a fine hotel without having to be around a bunch of strangers. One of the best things about this place were the beds. Everyone woke up feeling refreshed because every bed was incredibly comfortable. My adult son slept in one of the bunk bed rooms and he said they were just as comfortable, and as big as his bed at home. All around this was a wonderful experience! Thank you so much for being amazing hosts.

Great place for families
This property is great for a family! It’s spacious, with lots of beds and bedrooms. It looks nicer in photos, but the place was clean and comfortable. As others have mentioned, there are rules posted all over the property and cameras outside by the pool, which made us a little uncomfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. We had a couple issues come up and they resolved them quickly.

Beautiful house!
The house was beautiful and the backyard is gorgeous. We had some problems with contacting management when we first got there and the tablet was not working to check-in. They didn’t end up getting back to us until we were checking out. The house was very clean, except the showers and bathroom drawers had a lot of hair in them. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the home is very spacious. Our party of 12 fit in there perfectly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely stay there again.

This property description is right on. Great location, 15 minutes from Disneyland. Nice pool and spa, kitchen well supplied. The tablet for the check-in was not working. We found the signs EVERY WHERE about violations of this and that and something else a bit over kill. Signs on doors, over the sink, in every bathroom, plus a book of rules & regulations, which was also mailed as part of the contract. We have rented vacation properties in the past very regularly from VBRO and from this management company in particular and have never seen so many warnings signs We found it annoying.

Nice home but was afraid to have fun
The house was nice but there are cameras everywhere that you are always being watched! Every family member was over 21 so yes they are adults! The restrictions of being “quiet” after 10 pm is ridiculous-we are on vacation!! You could not even use the pool table or ping pong table inside after 10 The alarm in the living room goes off every time the door is opened-so you couldn’t even leave it open for fresh air!!

Thank you for the review, Laurie. There are not cameras everywhere on the property. Two cameras are located outside the home that is used for protection when the house is empty. The surrounding homes are not vacation rentals. The city quiet hours respect the residents who still are working and children going to school. The child pool alarm is required by city and state law to remain active on doors that lead out to the pool.

First Rental Experience
This property is very clean and overall beautiful. It was a fantastic choice if you're looking to stay near Disneyland plus there's a Target and Walmart 5-minutes away. Some of the furniture could be replaced (dining chair seats sink in, the island stools are wobbly and worn, etc), and some of the outlets were hanging out of the walls. We kept our 13 month old out of those areas. Speaking of, this property was mainly chosen to suit all of our needs. It accommodated 11 total people, 4 married couples, 2 teens and an infant. Helped us greatly by not having to travel with a stroller, pack n play or high chair since the property had those available! I'm glad I brought toys though since there aren't any for young kids. Another suggestion (this may not apply to all) is if it's possible to connect to popular apps on the Smart TVs. Our son loves his Disney+ and if we had that in the bedrooms, that would of been icing on the cake! We managed with YouTube on the TV and an iPad for Disney instead. Overall, very nice property but also strict rules for a vacation (OC has the noise ordinance) and we understand why but not being able to enjoy the game room that's in the garage (doors closed) was a bummer for the teens especially. The pool and hot tub were heated perfectly (hot for some) and everything else was great for our week stay!

Family Disney trip
Good location. House was as described and loved having 3 master rooms. There quite a few rules that you need to remember so you will get your deposit returned. We did have problems with the having hot water in the main bather and one of the master showers. Didn’t like having cameras all over the backyard swimming area.
