Relax in Paradise at Phoenix IV 4143 Your Orange Beach Getaway Gulf Front By Prickett Properties

Welcome to paradise! Phoenix IV 4143 is a newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The condo is located on the 14th floor and is directly Gulf front with amazing views of the blue waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This recently purchased and renovated condo has new furniture, new paint, new appliances, new electronics, and both bathrooms were completely overhauled.
Once you enter the condo there is a Guest bedroom on both sides of the entry hall. Guest bedroom 1 has a King bed, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. Guest bedroom 2 has 2 Queens beds, a flat screen TV, and a double closet. The two guests bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen has a full stainless steel appliance package including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, and microwave. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and features a large 8 top table. The living room has a large sectional sleeper sofa, has a large flat screen TV, and offers breath taking views through the floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom is located off of the living room area. The room has a large King bed, a flat screen TV, a private bathroom with a walk in shower, a walk in closet, and has a private access area to the Gulf front balcony.
The balcony has a 6 top table.

Everything we had hoped for a holiday getaway! Had an issue with the refrigerator, once we reached out with the problem, a maintenance man was on site to correct the issues in less than 20 minutes. Girls Trip

We really enjoyed our stay in this beach from property. It was clean with great views from the balcony. Lots of room to rest and relax. Only issue, there is a sign that says no carts in the units, but we received a violation notice for leaving our beach cart outside the room. I guess trying to keep the sand out was an error on our part but we quickly relocated it when notified.

Great week with the family.

Property was great. Unit was very clean and appointed. Although I will say that some of the decor in the unit is not kid friendly. We had to stash a lot of the Knick knacks and such so the baby and toddler couldn’t get to them. The handles on the kitchen cabinets are metal starfish and very pointed sharp to have around young kids. Otherwise we had a great week. Only downside to the week was the amount of jellyfish in the gulf but that has nothing to do with the property.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to stay. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony overlooking the beach, as well as playing pickleball and hot tub. It was a short drive to some great local eating places as well. Lots to do for my late teenage sons. The beach is unbeatable.

We enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room and a wonderful location with great views. My only complaint was having to go to building 3 front desk and purchase parking passes, but that is disclosed in the info so it wasn’t a surprise. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Wonderful experience

The condo was great, clean and better than the pictures. Our party was 7 people and ranged from adults down to 11 and it had plenary of space and the view was beautiful! Would love to stay there again

We had a really nice and clean room. It has 2 bathrooms and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults. Otherwise the room was well stocked. It is located directly on the beach with easy access to everything.
