Great clean property, great location!

Two minor complaints, that did not affect our stay but can be improved upon. Coffee machine took over an hour to brew. Buy a new one please. Advertised as having a Keurig and was not. We had to go out and buy filters and coffee. But when it took forever to brew, we went out and bought vinegar to clean it and it still took over an hour for one pot. Just drop the $75 and get a new Keurig like advertised. We got to the property 30 minutes early. We texted and asked if we could get in a few minutes early. Answer was no, had to wait til exactly 4:00pm. So we sat, no big deal, rules are rules. At 4:00pm we tried door and code would not work. Text back and no response, called # and was on the phone for 38 minutes trying to get in. Wasn’t gonna ruin our vacation over it, but was very disappointing in the service. No real apology, just acted like it was no big deal. Since it was such a strict enter time should have at least offered something for our inconvenience, that would have started with an apology. Loved the property though and had a great time! Easy fixes, they just have to do it.
