paid ÂŁ410 for a 2 night stay. Upon check in I was presented with a list of rules (empty bins, strip beds on departure amongst others) and asked for a âŹ400 deposit for any potential breakages of which couldnât be processed due to restrictive refund policies. The attitude and lack of help and welcome from staff was the worst Iâve ever experienced. No attempt to understand or put things right. The propertiy was amazing just like the pictures. The welcome and customer service was overlooked and despite my efforts to highlight my misfortune I was met with arrogance and rudeness - donât judge this property on just pictures!
