« Fridge made a loud sound all night »

« Floor in bathroom was dirty, was given 1hr late checkout by the evening staff checking me in, the am staff did not honor it and was very rude. Couldn’t shower or use water because it was shut off. Fire alarm went off multiple times. Horrible experience. »

« This is an older motel, but it is clean and quiet and the staff we met is friendly and helpful. There were plenty of amenities for making coffee, tea, and hot chocolate with flavored creamers, plus a full candy dish. I like the body wash, shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower instead of the little soaps and wrappers that create waste and trash. We were provided lots of beautiful fluffy white towels and the water was hot instantly! We've stayed here before and will surely stay again. »
