« The room was smelling cigarette, so the lady at the reception gave us very gentlely another one. Breakfast closing time at 9am is really too early. Breakfast is very simple : not much choices, low quality of things to eat. Should really improve that for a BW. »

« I reserved my stay on Expedia and upon arrival the hotel staff were very confused and wanted to charge me again and trying to prove I didnât reserve online as Iâm showing them the confirmation email and all. Along with the already charged bank statement from Expedia. After getting my key the room smelt horrible. Woke up sick to my stomach and cough. Itâs 80 degrees outside and I have the flu. How? »

« Stayed two nights while traveling through Ontario. The room was functional, but there were several issues. At check-in, the front desk employee told me to check out the next day before 11 AM even though my reservation was clearly for two nights. When I pointed this out, there was no clarification or apology, which created unnecessary concern. The room layout was awkward, there was only one chair despite the room sleeping multiple guests, and the electrical setup was inconvenient with a power...
