Summary:
3 Bedroom - 2 Full Bathroom house with a private side yard that sleeps 6. 2.5 Miles to Cooperstown All Star Village! 19 Miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park! Walking distance to Main Street Shopping and Eateries in Oneonta, NY.

The Space:
Permit #19-4948
This stylish house is in great condition and offers plenty of amenities for a family or small group. The side yard w/picnic table and grill sits in a private setting on East Street. It is all fully air - conditioned. The first floor contains a newly remodeled kitchen, separate dining room, cozy living room w/50" Flat Screen TV and a full bathroom off the living room. The second floor contains 3 bedrooms, 1 with a queen bed and the others each have a full bed. There is a full bathroom on the second floor as well. Washer/dryer in the basement. 30"-42" flat screen TV's in all bed rooms. The house is equipped with the highest speed internet offered (400 mbps) and Direct TV with over 145+ channels!

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check-in will receive 95% refund (5% credit card processing fee applies). Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the check-in date.

It is NOT a 7 night Friday - Friday schedule like previous years. All Star Village and Dreams Park are now running on a 6 night schedule listed below. We will only allow check-in and check-out on these dates as the next group will be arriving the same day.

Wilbur Park pool, just 4-5 minutes walk away, $3 per person at entrance - 1 Wilber Park Drive, Oneonta, NY 13820

Main Street is a short walk away with an abundance of restaurants and nightlife, gives THE HILL an advantage over many different vacation rentals. You will have the access yet far enough away from the "downtown noise".

THE HILL is centrally located between both baseball camps.

We greatly enjoyed our weeks stay at this home while our son played at All Star Village, only just a short 10 minute drive away! Also, less than 5 minutes away from many shops and delicious restaurants!

We had a great time staying here. The location of the house is less than 15 minutes to the ballpark. The house is on a quiet street with great sidewalks and close to the middle school and high school to be able to take a nice walk. The home had perfect kitchen amenities, the grill and picnic area was perfect for nighttime grilling. We loved our time in New York, perfect weather, perfect location, great time watching baseball!

The house was clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies. It was great having a washer/dryer and detergent was provided. The house could use some updating and is older looking than what is shown in the pictures. 10 minute drive to All Star Village.

This property was extremely clean, well stocked and in close proximity to All Star Village. They also supplied body washes, shampoos and conditioners in each bathroom, which I appreciate! Laundry detergent and dryer sheets by the washing machine and dryer also! The property manager was great and always checking in to make sure we were doing okay or we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this property if your staring in the area for ASV or dropping/visiting kids at Hartwick Collge or SUNY Oneonta. Very nice stay!

The house was exactly what we needed. Only a 10-min drive to the field and pretty much anywhere else we needed to go. Hosts were amazing and always checking in to see if we were doing okay

If you’re staying for All Star Village, it was quick and easy. My husband and I brought bikes and on the days we didn’t have to be at the field early, we rode into town. There were lots of shops and restaurants but many were closed for the season- I guess since college was out. The house itself was clean, convenient and owner was pleasant to deal with.

We were in town for All Star Village. This house was perfect. 8 minutes from the fields. Owner was awesome. Close to stores and restaurants but still out of the way.

We enjoyed staying at the Hill! It was a perfect spot for us to enjoy the quiet, charming and relaxing neighborhood when we weren't taking in all the baseball at CASV. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. We wish we had a little more time to go to the local pool, which looked amazing.

Perfect stay for a family close to All Star Village. We were able to come home and relax between games. Also walkable to downtown Oneonta which had some great eateries and an awesome coffee shop. Super comfy beds and great communication with the owner. Home run!
