Be ware when you already paid through Expedia, because the hotel will charge you again for the hotel fee and incidental. After talking to them 5,6 times, they double charged, he said they will fix it. it turns out they refund the hotel fee and settled the incidental for hotel fee. After talking to them 5,6 times , I think they are mean to do it. I have to go through my Credit card to get the money back.

Liked the proximity to Creighten campus and its well lit parking lot. Shower was nice. Didn’t care so much for the overall cleanliness of the room. Dark long hair in bathroom sink and dirty pillow case on one of the beds. Other than that, comfortable place, but noisy late Saturday night (2am-3am) early Sunday morning. Breakfast bar was nice, quick & convenient.

We’ve stayed in this hotel before this time was different the restaurant was closed which was very inconvenient we were here for 6 days the place was like a ghost town very few guest the cold breakfast was mediocre at best the hall ways were very dinghy looking the room was great and comfortable with limited housekeeping not quite sure what’s happening here we probably won’t be back it’s sad to see a once great place look so dismal

The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. This was convenient to Creighton. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned but rather picked up.

Room was fine - big enough and good sized bathroom but not really any seating in the room. Only a desk chair. Overall, it was a good place to stay but they should not advertise as “free breakfast” included. They had cereal bars and packaged muffins. That’s it. Not really breakfast. I’ve stayed at many other Four Points that had nice continental breakfast. So this was very disappointing.

Most things were great. Very clean and quiet. There was no continental breakfast due to kitchen updates, and i wish we'd known this earlier. The worst part was the pillows, extremely flat and uncomfortable. Might as well have had no pillows. :(

DO NOT STAY HERE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
As a Titanium Marriott member, wow this was the worst Marriott hotel experience I have had (and I've seen bad). Upon arrival, I was treated with rudeness from the desk assistant who seemed insulted he had to remove his headphones to check us in. We requested late check out and in the end he never put that in. We were told that there was a maintenance issue with the kitchen so the bar/restaurant wouldn't be open for breakfast or dinner during the whole time we were there which was a major reason why we wanted to stay here. They said they would offer "to go" breakfasts which they never did, not even snacks like granola bars. NOTHING. The room smelled of marijuana each time we entered even though we don't smoke and the rooms are "non-smoking". There was open chocolate on the floor and wrappers underneath the furniture like it wasn't appropriately cleaned. There seemed to be partying in the rooms around us and we struggled sleeping the whole Saturday night. There is also a homeless encampment under a tree next to the parking lot which made us feel uncomfortable leaving the rental car there. After the stay, they were unwilling to refund anything because "noise is noise" and they can't resolve that, but didn't acknowledge any of the other issues. Don't stay here. Don't let the Marriott name fool you, this is not worth it.

Reserved a room with a balcony over a month in advance, however, when checking in, we did not get a balcony room. They said it was booked.

Very tired hotel. Had to move rooms due to filth in the tub. I tried to clean it but the tub wouldn’t drain. Moved to another room. Entire place was tired and old. Next morning they claimed that they couldn’t provide the complementary breakfast due to staffing shortages. Total bait and switch. Avoid.

No breakfast.
I consider myself a frugal traveler so I know a lot of my hotel choices are not 5 star establishments. I try to stay in hotels with breakfast in the morning so I can grab some food and be on my way. The Fourpoints in Omaha did not serve breakfast on the morning I was there due to short staff. I think I should have been offered some sort of discount or credit for not providing a service that was promised and paid for. Just disappointing.

Very close to Creighton, which was our main reason for being there. The room had an awful smell when we arrived . There was no ventilation in the bathroom nor any way to get any fresh air. We bought some Lysol spray which helped some but I would check out the room or a different hotel before staying there again. There really needs to be some ventilation.
