Elevator was out. I asked for lower floor and she put me on top floor. TVs didnt work. Hallway had throw up and trash. Staff was rude and misprogrammed our keys. Had to go up and down the stairs four times before they realized they were typing in wrong room number. Pool so gross. Dead bugs in our room. Cigarrete holes in sheets. AC was blowing but not cold.The bathroom shower hard to operate seemed broken. Stayed a few years ago and it was decent. Really disappointed in how this place has gone down hill.

My flight home was cancelled and I needed a place to overnight. I booked due to proximity to the airport and the shuttle. however, there is no restaurant nearby. To get a meal, I was told that there was a place to eat just a bit down the road by the staff. It was not very near. I had to walk a ways to the nearest restaurant. The walkway to the restaurant was partially blocked and I felt unsafe. The hotel is clean enough, but is old.

HOTEL HELL! Our key didn’t work the first time no big deal got it to work walked in an there were suitcases and items from other people. Got another room and it was a BLOODY mess. Took photos of everything. Front desk lady was nice but it definitely didn’t make up for the stress and disappointment of this place.

My only complaint is I called to let them know the Air conditioner wasn't working upon arriving back at room at night. They said maintenance would be on it. I woke up at 2AM still no ac. Nothing could be done. Upon talking to management the next morning they said they would refund my money for that night. Time will tell if they did. Also very little water pressure but was on 3rd floor Property was cleaned, and employees were very pleasant. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was nice and very well staffed.

We were on 2nd floor. Horrible smoke smell and marijuana smell permeating everything. I would never stay here again.

Very conveniently close to Omaha airport and Creighton university where my kids attend. Sign lights are not turned on at dusk early enough and can be hard to find in early evenings.

Pop machine was broken. Side door wouldn’t let us in at 10pm. Construction going on in bathroom joint compound unfinished on the walls. It was inexpensive and close to the airport so I worked out ok.

Property does not having lighting in the parking lot. Entry way smelled of weed every single time we came by. Lobby check in area was dirty. Room had the AC cover torn off and one of our beds had sticky residue left on it. Biggest issue was the constantly smell of weed and illusion of a clean hotel that the photos shown.

The room was disgusting and not clean, dental floss was found in the refrigerator, a spider in our bathroom sink, the floors were dirty with toe nail clipping ,the hall way smelled of marijuana. I room smelted like smoke including the bedding. Our door didn’t lock , we had to use the door jam just to lock our room!! We felt very unsafe and the staff was little to no help at all. I will never recommend this place, not only did this place falsified its image online, the over all establishment needs to be torn done, or get someone in there that actually cares and revamps the place and new staff that actually wants to be there and do there job and provide actual customer service and not just sit around to collect a paycheck. 1-10 I give it a 0

Numerous stays at this motel because we like shuttle service to CHI arena for concerts. Shuttle ride was great going but couldnt get anyone to answer at front desk for ride back and had to get Lyft ride.

The front desk was all dark, you could see the lady doing the check in was sleeping because she could hardly walk and function. She was also kind of rude. I have never been to a hotel where the front desk was dark, it gave me a weid vibe.

This hotel is in terrible condition. We had holes in the walls of our room, tissues filling the peep hole in the door and stains all over the carpets. The pool was broken, doors were broken and the entire hotel smelled of smoke. I will not stay here again. Spend the extra money for the holiday inn express. You won’t regret it, but you will regret staying here.

Never Again
No one at front desk to check in. Waited for quite some time along with another couple trying to check in. Came back for shuttle for dinner and no one at front desk again. I don't understand how someone isn't managing the front desk for guests.
