Enjoy this charming bungalow in the heart of Old Orchard Beach! It's conveniently located half a mile from the beach, walkable to the pier, restaurants & shops. Only 20 min. to Kennebunk and 25 min to Portland.

The cottage comfortably sleeps 7 people and has many amenities including a/c, free wi-fi, smart tvs, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 off street parking spots, fenced in backyard with patio, grill and arcade room with cocktail arcade machine, skee ball & foosball table.

Impeccable!

We stayed at this beautifully updated home mid August and couldn't have been happier! Communication with owner from the start was exceptional and informative, location of home was perfect (less than 10 minute walk to beach, and just enough distance away from the pier/attractions for quiet and serenity), cleanliness/decor/attention to detail of home was top notch, and kitchen fully equipped. Ample and comfortable seating in living and dining rooms for eating and games, lovely and spacious fenced-in outside space with tables/chairs/patio and grill, and even includes a new outdoor shower! Separate game room a bonus for my teen (and adults, too). The decor is beautiful. Owners very clearly take great pride in this home and it shows. A true gem!

Great Host, Great Location, Great Stay!

My wife and I rented this property for a week at the end of August 2024. We had a couple of friends come by and stay a night or two; it was the perfect place - a 15-minute walk to the beach and the amusement park. The house was clean and as described in the listing. We loved the heated outdoor shower area and used it to rinse off before coming in from a day at the beach. We also used the grill, which was a great addition to a summer vacation. Jennifer was super communicative and responded to any questions within an hour. I loved the booklet of instructions and nearby amenities that she compiled. It was super helpful when it was time to check out. 10/10 would stay again!

Cute bungalow!

The bungalow was very comfortable, nicely decorated, clean, and welcoming. Pictures matched reality. Easy and responsive communication with the owner. We walked to the beach and to the pier several times without issue. We enjoyed steamed lobsters from the farmers market down the street which was really convenient and fresh. My only suggestion would be that perhaps some landscaping and weeding could be done in front/sides of the house and in the patio area for an even more enjoyable and welcoming outdoor experience. without issue

Perfect place to stay!!!!!!

This bungalow was perfect for our old orchard beach family vacation! It had everything we needed and more! The walk to the beach was quick and easy and the provided beach wagon made it so simple! The game room was a hit, not only with the kids, but the adults too! It was decorated so nicely and made us feel at home! The host was very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay at Beach Life Bungalow! The house is so charming and beautifully decorated. The double bunk beds were a perfect room for all my kids and they had a blast playing foos ball and the other games in the game room. We also appreciated all the hosts recommendations from restaurants to shops to activities. It made our first trip to the area very easy to enjoy.

This property and the host was absolutely amazing and made our vacation so much better. The house is beautifully decorated, and the best part is the house has EVERYTHING you need to make it your home away from home. I’d give 10 stars across the board if I could! The cottage was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in OOB. Jennifer thought of everything (arcade room, TVs in each room, double bunk bed, wagon and beach chairs) and made it super easy to visit the area with our 3 young kids. We will absolutely be back!

My family of 5 had a wonderful time staying here. The house is great and it’s within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The game room was a hit with my kids (age range 10-13). We would definitely stay here again!
