« Location was excellent with great access to the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The main living area is a bit tight for a large group. The site should be updated to state that 3 of the bedrooms are king which is really nice and that there is baby stuff available like high chairs and pack and play. We brought our own, not knowing. Overall our family enjoyed their stay! »

« We had a wonderful stay and were very pleased with the house! Its close proximity to the beach made mornings and evenings on the sand super convenient, and it was an easy walk to downtown for dining and activities. We were very close to the train tracks, but the only one who noticed was our dog — it didn’t bother us at all.The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The only minor issue was a broken dishwasher, but the owners responded quickly and did their best to make it...

« The property is very close to I 95 making it very convenient to commute to portland. It is close to a grocery store. It was clean and the pictures were accurate. Our family of 6 had a nice stay. »

« This place was okay- it served our needs. A few complaints- generally a dingy smell throughout the house, felt damp. The bathroom shower curtain has no liner so the curtain itself was very moldy. The grass wasnt mowed so I worried about ticks. The water tasted a little musty too but maybe thats just a Maine thing? Also the communication was pretty terrible with both the vrbo host and the property management company and I had a lot of trouble contacting them and getting the receipts I needed....
