Welcome to your serene escape on the 5th hole of the picturesque Dune Grass Golf Course! This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the patio while watching golfers tee off or enjoying a sunset stroll on the nearby beach, this is the ideal spot to unwind. Nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, the home is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
Located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood right on the golf course, this condo offers a serene setting with beautiful views. Just a short walk away is the clubhouse, where you can enjoy a casual meal or drink at the bar and restaurant—no need to drive!

BEDROOMS:
The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a comfortable mattress, and a work-from-home desk area, perfect for those needing to get some work done during their stay. Upstairs, the spacious primary bedroom offers a relaxing retreat with a private en suite bathroom and a charming reading nook complete with a comfy chair—ideal for unwinding with a good book. The third bedroom, also located on the second floor, is perfect for families or groups, with two queen beds and its own full en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with their own attached full en suite bathrooms for added privacy and convenience.
FIRST FLOOR LIVING: The spacious family room is perfect for relaxing and gathering, featuring a cozy indoor gas fireplace and a 50-inch smart TV for movie nights. A built-in wall unit is stocked with a variety of games for all ages, making it easy to enjoy quality time together. The open layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, one comfortable bedroom with a full bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, access to the private patio, and convenient entry to a one-car garage.
SECOND FLOOR LIVING: The second floor offers a luxurious and spacious layout, including the primary bedroom with a private en suite full bathroom for ultimate comfort and relaxation. The third bedroom is ideal for families or groups, featuring two queen beds and its own en suite full bathroom for added convenience and privacy.
KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, a lobster pot, complimentary coffee, and a curated selection of unique wine glasses—perfect for both comfort and functionality.
GENERAL: Enjoy garage parking, a full-sized washer/dryer, and a kitchen equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. The first floor offers stunning views, a variety of games, and nautical-themed bedding in the spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom is connected to its own full bathroom, and there's also a grill for outdoor cooking. For families with young children, a Pack & Play is available for your convenience.
PARKING Enjoy the convenience of two dedicated parking spaces—one in the garage and one in the unit’s private driveway. Please note that these are the only on-site parking options, as street parking is not permitted. If you require parking for an additional vehicle, let us know in advance—we may be able to accommodate you with a space in a nearby lot just a few minutes from the property.

This rental is nestled in the peaceful neighborhood of Dune Grass Golf Course, offering both tranquility and convenience. It’s just a 20-minute drive to the vibrant city of Portland and only 5 minutes to the beautiful beaches and downtown Old Orchard Beach. Enjoy easy access to nearby attractions, with Camp Ellis just 14 minutes away, Ocean Park a quick 4-minute drive, and Kennebunk only 23 minutes by car. For those seeking a longer coastal getaway, Ogunquit is a scenic 35-minute drive from your door.
Condo/ HOA Rules: 1.Pets of any kind are strictly prohibited 2. The entire neighborhood is SMOKE-FREE Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited at inside/ outside of the rental and in the entire neighborhood. You must drive out of the neighborhood to smoke. This includes cigars, and vaping. 3. Please keep bikes, strollers, toys, chairs, etc in the garage and not left outside. Do not hang up towels or bathing suits anywhere outside or on the porch, use the laundry racks inside of the house that are provided. 4. The pool and fire pits are for owner ONLY, renters are not permitted to use either of these. 5. Please no lounging or playing in front yards, please keep activities in the back yard. 6. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. 7. This rental has a strict 6 person maximum. Any child over 1 years old is included in the 6 people. No other guests are permitted at this rental other than your booking party (this includes having any guests over, it cannot exceed 6 people). 8. The golf course is private property please do not walk onto it at any time of the day/ night. Rounds of golf may purchased at the club house, you may not start golfing from the backyard or hit balls from the backyard onto the course.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions agreement as well as the HOA Rental agreement.
Things to note- -This is a very quiet neighborhood; parties, loud music and smoking are strictly prohibited and quiet hours begin at 9pm. -There are security cameras on the exterior of the property -Please be sure to leave the garbage bins in the garage at all times. Maintenance or owners will request permission to access the garage to wheel out the barrels for trash day as well as wheel them back in. -This rental is a one week minimum per HOA rules
