We love to be honest with our guests and it's pretty important for us to have the best communication possible with you in order to avoid your disappointment. Furthermore, we are sorry to read your dissatisfaction words about your experience with our team members: they are at our guests disposal and they always do their best to support you and make you spend a lovely stay. Regarding the transportation we would like to highlight that our hotel is about 150 mt far away from the bus stop and you can easily reach all the destinations because it stands in a strategic position. We also collaborate with a transfer company and they can help our guest to book taxy or rent a car. Regarding the position, we apologise but we are not the owner of the supermarket in front of the hotel and we cannot do any maintenance on it or change the prices. We will take care of all of your comments and we hope to see you again, kind regards

Gent.ma Eva, La ringraziamo per aver condiviso con noi la sua esperienza presso la nostra struttura. Ci dispiace leggere le sue parole di disappunto per le quali si percepisce che lei non sia completamente soddisfatta della sua vacanza. Il nostro è un hotel 100% non fumatori anche se, per andare comunque incontro agli ospiti con questa necessità, abbiamo adibito alcune aree a "zona fumatori". Dovendo salvaguardare le esigenze di tutti gli ospiti dell'hotel, non è possibile permettere che le persone fumino nelle aree comune, sebbene alcune anche all'aperto. La stessa motivazione sta alla base del consentire l'accesso agli animali alla sola camera dei padroni: il nostro è un hotel pet friendly ma dobbiamo rispettare e far convivere i bisogni di tutti i nostri ospiti. Siamo contenti che abbia potuto apprezzare i nostri servizi di ristorazione. In ogni caso ci auguriamo di poterla rivedere in futuro, un caro saluto

Our property has some objective characteristics, for example the prevalence of double rooms, that make it more suitable for couples or singles: those kinds of customers are the majority of our guests, anyway everyone is welcome. Our front office staff is always willing to answer to all your questions, throughout you stay; we apologize if you feel neglected but it was our intention. As you mentioned, the bus stop is 150 mt far away from the entrance of the hotel. The property stands in a strategic position and you can easily reach all the destinations by bus or by car. We collaborate with a local outsourcing company that offers transfer or car rental services. Our menù is composed by a fine selection of dishes since the quality is our focus, with a good value for money. We are sorry our breakfast service didn't meet your expectations. We would like to highlight we offer a wide range of products, sweet and savory, in order to meet our guests tastes and to give you the chance to eat something different everyday. Regarding the taxi service, unfortunately we do not decide the prices as we just collaborate with outsorcing taxi companies here in Olbia. We just call a taxi whenever the guest requires it, but this is not a direct service from the hotel.

we are very sorry to read such a disappointing review, but please let us reply and explain point by point as we already did on Google.com:
1) Floors, views and room next to each others are requests, and as every request they are upon hotel's availability. Please be informed that we have 74 rooms and we cannot guarantee 74 requests even if we would like to fullfill all our gests requests with pleasure, but sometimes we cannot.
2) We are sorry about people smoking under your balcony, but had you any proof that they were our team members and not other people staying at the hotel? Despite of it we will verify what happened.
3) Yes, we charge pool towels as symbolic price due to the fact that we have to wash every towel with high temperatures and sanitize them to be ready for the next guests. Of course you can use your own towels at the pool so you have an option free of charge.
4)We will take care of your concerns and we are sure we will do better.
5) Please note that we are still in a global pandemic of Covid 19 and we must respect social distancing between the tables.
If the larger tables and closer tables to yours were already occupied, of course we could not move people somewhere else, giving them a disservice of course.
6) We really care of our guests safety and in order to this is not allowed to keep and use glass at the pool, that's why you could not keep the wine bottle with you at the sun chairs.
7) Regarding the music at the pool, we will take a note of your suggestion.
8) We hope you had the chance to mention this issue at the front office in order to ask the engeneer to solve the problem or having a room change.
9)Yes, as the HACCP policy we do not allow to bring food or drinks from outside the property for safety reasons.
We invite you to check what HACCP means.
10) We are sorry our minibar was not cooling, we hope you mentioned to our team members in order to replace it.
12) Our Sunbeds are brand new, we are wondering how the 60% were broken.
Please be informed that Croatia and Greece are places completely different from Sardinia, but this is your opinion and we totally respect it.
