Never stay here!!
I will never stay here again The whole place was dirty and creepy. There was NO HOT WATER. The door to our room gapped open. The bathroom door had been forced open and not repaired. The refrigerator did not work and was unplugged when I arrived. I left a day early and went to a competitive hotel.

Dirty room, live bugs on the floors, in the shower on the walls and in the kitchen cabinets. Sticky floors and the room smelled like stale smoke even though it was advertised non smoking. There was rat/mice traps all along the building outside. Obviously in a not safe area. We had no idea since we were traveling through the area. Never stayed!!!! there was no way I was going to let me children and pets stay in a place like that. Completely disgusting, worse hotel experience I have ever had.

Disappointed
The first room they put us in was roach infested. It was so bad they were in the refrigerator. We tried to tell the front desk and they wanted pictures. So I took a video of the roach in the refrigerator. They did move us to another room but I feel like the 1st night should’ve been reimbursed. I’ve stayed there before and never had a problem but this last time was the worst time ever.

Mexican works barbecued on the balcony while listening to very loud Mexican music until early am. Even with earplugs I got very little sleep. Since I’m a woman alone therefore I felt intimidated to approach them to turn the music down, and the young man at the front desk didn’t seem confident enough to make any difference.

Nasty roaches everywhere!!! Don’t stay here!
I arrived around 9pm and checked in. When I got to my room, there were HUNDREDS OF ROACHES EVEEYWHERE!!! They were crawling on the walls, bed, coming out of the bathroom countertop, etc. The front desk manager told me she doesn’t give refunds for bugs. I had to go buy another hotel room for the night. It was DISGUSTING! I am notifying the Oklahoma county health department.

AC didn't work properly and drained water all over the floor, refrigerator was at a temp of room temperature! Roaches, hair all over the bathtub and just a terrible room. Wouldn't stay here again!

I just stayed at the motel 6 overnight. Everything was very old and very little worked inside the room. I was exhausted from driving all day so I sucked it up and stayed the night. I got very little sleep and left before sunrise and as I was leaving I noticed a government sign saying the building was condemned. I took a picture of the sign and left. I would like a refund.

I got to the property fairly late at night. They did still check me in that was fine. The room itself was disgusting, there were dead roaches between the microwave and the counter, the restroom doors where stained, the tub was dirty and had some weird splatter on the walls. I had to put towels down in the tub to even shower and would have skipped that was it not for the long drive the night before. Check out was at 11 and at 9:30 the housekeeper was banging on the door. So rude especially because we really needed the rest. The beds were uncomfortable, I could feel the springs in my back. Overall worst experience I’ve had staying away from home, would not recommend at all. Not worth the savings. If you want to get rest and shower I definitely recommend spending the few extra bucks and booking anywhere else.

This place is disgusting. I found bed bugs, and cockroaches. The refrigerator didn’t work. The ice maker on the property doesn’t work. The floor was so dirty it made my feet black. There is a notice from the city that the stairs going up to the second floor are condemned. Tried to speak to the front desk about the issues and she didn’t care and was very rude. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here. My worst experience ever staying in a hotel.

We arrived at 10:30 PM to check in and were told that our reservation was canceled. The hotel failed to call me or notify me that they wanted to give my room away so I had to spend an hour and a half looking for an alternate hotel. My daughter had to get up at 6am for the softball tournament and instead of getting to bed I was driving around in a city that was all booked out due to multiple events. My two daughters and I were basically stranded because this hotel game our room away.

Get what you pay for?
I guess low expectations should go with low price, but clean is not unreasonable. Tub was dirty and a cigarette but on the kitchenette floor. Rather dingy and poorly maintained overall. Bedding was clean. It was quiet. Housekeeping took our dirty towels and didn’t replace. Complacency should be the goal in hospitality.

Bed bugs, cigarettes stains and smell on bed, hair all over the bed. We walked in and found three bugs and left. We got a refund processing.

Inexpensive (cheap) and close to Reed Conference Center --- but no amenities whatsoever, toilet handle loose, no maid service. (Well, we think they came and collected a towel or two, but didn't make the beds. Really. saw no evidence of maids prior to 9:00 A.M.) Nice TV --- and it worked well. Other travelers might be more disappointed than we were. We just needed a place to sleep.

Our room was disgusting. The towels were visibly stained prior to use. The bathtub had what appeared to be burn marks on the side and hairs in the tub. Behind the bathroom door the floor was molding, unswept and there was a giant dead cockroach. The walls were stained with smears of things I don't even want to guess at. And finally, the pillow case had stains on it. I felt very unclean and would not stay here again. Outside of our room the lobby did not offer coffee in the morning and the ice machine was broken.

Room was ok for the price. The kitchen area was nice to have but was visiting for a funeral so didn’t get to use the appliances. Bed was hard no phone service I had to drive around to get service. People outside talking all-nighters. But nice price for my 2 day stay …. Will definitely stay again

Not well maintained
The only issue i had was night worker did speak very good English and hard to understand. The room was ok for 1 night stop and go. The door would shut, wouldn't lock. Could push the door right open. Had to use the interior locks. Broke toilet seat, fridge barely stayed closed.
