Pet Friendly Family-sized home with Private Pool & Game Room!!!
This beautiful family home with tons of romantic novel, resides in a friendly neighborhood, at the core of SW OKC, giving you easy access to all Oklahoma city has to offer. It is conveniently located within 4 minutes of several great restaurants and grocery stores, as well as quick drive to Bricktown and other great attractions. The property is located less than 14 mins from the Will Rogers Airport, and there is ample space for family and friends to gather, unwind and enjoy the peaceful outdoor area.
It was great for our group. The house needs some repairs and a little more deep cleaning. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The pool and game room were great!!
House was big for the amount of people we had (15). Didnât need to use the pull out couches. House was dated but served the purpose for weekend of softball coaches and family. Friday/Saturday upon arrival we found lots of beer cans/glass bottles, bottle caps and around the pool in the bushes along with broken glass pieces. The hot tub never heated up. Heater had been turned off along with air supply. Had to communicate with host to figure this out but still never got hot. Dishwasher was not bolted in and fell out on us when opening door. Dining room chairs were unstable to sit in. AC was not on upon arrival. Took a while to cool off. Not an easy system to work. Monday morning (last 24 hours) the AC quit working. Notified host at 1015 am and was not fixed until 9pm. No repair person showed up just him 2x a finally fixed after we told him we would have to pack up and leave with not having AC. VRBO and host only refunded 200 for the day. We left at 1230am and drove 2-3hours home Monday night/Tuesday morning before needing to be out at 10am on Tuesday. AC was âfixedâ for 2 hours then quit again. Overall big house, parts of it outdated, tiles loose and popped on shower in 3rd bathroom, confusing AC unit, trash/glass outside from previous renter not cleaned up. Dishwasher a hazardous issue and AC quit working. Hot tub never worked right.
While the house is very spacious, it is incredibly outdated/cheap and in poor condition. Kitchen: Drawers broken, minimal utensils (no corkscrew), no paper towels/plates, dirty glasses in cabinet (lipstick on a couple!!), no ice or ice trays, no kitchen towels except a very thin, stained, small towel, and the dishwasher is not attached - falls forward when opened. Clothes washer ran through a cycle but clearly didn't agitate - clothes were still dirty after 3 washes. Secondary bathrooms: sinks drain very slowly, the tile is falling/crumbling, lights flicker, and there were no washcloths or hand towels. The carpet was stained and had gum stuck in it. The outlets didn't work in the master bath, which had hair on the sink and floor when we got there. Master bed very lumpy. Pool table was useless - no padding in sides. Dining chairs had no seat support and the legs were about to fall off. The WiFi did not work. There were open, loose wires in several places. The pool was so cloudy we didn't even consider getting in. The "outside" camera on the back porch clearly points into the dining room, which felt invasive. We made this work for my son's graduation but I do not recommend staying here until the owner puts a little effort into making it a decent place to stay. I read a poor review prior to our stay (after booking it) and asked the owner to correct the issues that had been identified. He did not.
This place was rough. All of the "amenities" were in a state of dysfunction. When we arrived the pool was filled with trash and debris and only about 25% full. The hot tub was bubbling so violently it would rival Mount Krakatoa. There was trash all around the backyard and random lawn furniture scattered about but extremely dirty. The Pool table was clearly just a piece of warped plywood with felt wrapped over it. When you released the rack from the balls they would just scatter, lol. The air hockey table technically did work but none of the buttons or scoreboard worked. I think the most functional thing was the ping pong table which was in the garage. If you could manage to move around the three old mattresses, old piping on the ground, and a broken washing machine then the only thing you had to worry about was losing the balls in the hole in the wall and the broken paddles flying out of your hand. Honestly it was pretty funny when it was all said and done, most of the things we used were either broken or in poor shape. Cookware was dirty and the only thing to wash it with was a nasty sponge. The shower in the back room didnât have any hot water so and several outlets in the master bath didnât work. There is more but Iâm sure youâre tired of reading by now. Unfortunately for what amounted to over 600 a night after all of the "host fees" and "Service fees" and taxes it was a serious bummer. We still love OKC but definitely won't be staying here again. Refund would be great!
Very large house with a lot of beds for adults and kids. We had 14 and only a teen boy preferred to sleep on inflatable in game room.
Pool wonderful, Glitch or two up front but taken care of promptly.
House could use some upgrades in bathrooms as many of fixtures pretty old; any problem was handled by host.
Kitchen had all necessary equpment for our party to eat in every night for dinner.
Overall a Great stay with manager/Host being prompt with any issues.
The house says it sleeps 25, but it was not equipped for that amount of people. we did not have enough toilet paper, towels, pillows, sheets, and blankets
