We checked in late after making a 6 hour drive in a storm. The check in person was unfriendly and I needed to call to her so she would stop watching TV in the back. The morning desk person was equally rude, I watched her yell and treat other guest with sarcasm. The only person working seemed to be a dark haired girl that helped with breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and never had our room serviced. I understand not taking the towels, but usually they make the beds and empty the trash. The shower had a slow drain which left us standing in water, yuck. Won’t be back.

The property recently was updated, plastic left on the smoke detector, this was reported and was removed. The shower curtain had black mold stains, requested another curtain, it again has mold stains. Staff very nice, grounds kept very well.

The location of the property is good and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The building needs some updating but our room was overall good. My main complaint was there was a stain on my bottom sheet in the middle of the sheet. I noticed it as I was getting into bed late and we had to leave early in the morning so I did not notify the front desk.

Tv, microwave and fridge didnt work. Mold in the bathroom, temperature faceplate was on incorrectly in the shower. Staff didnt seem to care about any of these issues.

We used to stay here every time we came to visit our daughter at OU but it’s really gone downhill. The room door key reader didn’t work and the bathtub shower curtain was extremely moldy. If they would just put a little TLC into the property it would be fine.

A few maintenance issues... main entrance door of room was not securing when leaving room. The entrance card reader was not working properly it took too long to get green light...to access entry on rear entrance.... i didt reported this issues...

The room smelled horrible. Like dirty feet. It was an awful smell. Also breakfast was sub par. Should have paid a little extra for more comfortable accommodations elsewhere.

The only problem was the bottom sheet was stained and there was a food crumb there as well. My husband asked for clean sheets and the woman at the front desk said we could put them on. We couldn't believe she said that!! We wouldn't so she gave us another room. Otherwise the room looked nice and appeared clean. We that know thar hired help is hard to get.

My friend and I booked, via Expedia, La Quinta by Wyndham hotel in Norman, Oklahoma. Flying from Europe and planning to stay for 10 days, we selected this hotel as a suitable location. I lived in Norman for twenty-five years, and I am very familiar with the city. I made two itineraries due to my initial error in schedule, overlooking that arriving from Europe to Oklahoma, happened the same day and not the day after. Therefore, both rooms for my friend and I were reserved for March 1st, 2024 with the check-out on March 2nd, and the other itinerary was from March 2nd to March 10th, 2024. Upon our arrival after 24 hours on the road, flying and driving, we were given two rooms –one on the first floor for me and the second on the second floor for my friend. I asked if we needed to check out on March 2nd, but the receptionist said NO-you will stay in the same room. Great and thank you, I said. Tomorrow I was running errands all day and in the late afternoon I could not get into my room. My door card did not work (no, I did not keep it next to my cell phone). I got a new one from the receptionist (different person) and when I entered, the room was empty! And that was the moment I introduced Ms. Valerie Owings--Operations Manager from Hell. She said that due to some errors, my luggage was “packed” and they checked me out of my room. They “packed” my stuff in the suitcase, and all I had in the bathroom was in the trash: a hairbrush (both in Germany), toothbrush, toothpaste, mineral su

Everything on the property needed to be cleaned. The floors hadn't been swept, trash in the elevator at check-in and still there the next morning.

The room was a bit tired and the beds were pretty soft. The front desk people were wonderful. We got help from multiple clerks working the front desk and they were all really great. The breakfast was really bad. If you are going to advertise breakfast you need to add a bit more than what you had. White bread, stale cereal, sugar filled yogurt and bruised fruit is not a breakfast anyone should have to eat.
