A savoir que le ménage quotidien n'existe plus dans cet hôtel. Petit Déjeuner correct. Point noir pour la piscine, qui n'est pas gérée ou surveillée, et dans laquelle des enfants crient et plongent alors que c'est interdit, ou se trouvent à + de 10 dans le jacuzzi. Dommage, les clients "calmes" ne peuvent pas en profiter.

Very nice stay. Facilities very clean and nice. Chairs and toilets a little too low for my 96 year old mother-in-law. Not a total problem but higher chairs would help. Especially in the bathroom. It makes it very hard for her to get up. All in all very nice stay. If you have a concern like this I’d suggest calling and seeing about arranging a room that might fit better.

Went to take kids for an over night and let them swim . Twice now at this location pool was not open . And went early after breakfast the hot tub was closed . I’ll call next time to avoid this or stay somewhere else

Beautiful hotel. Our king suite was very clean, spacious. Loved the balcony. Beautiful back area with waterfalls, trees. Would stay here again

The grounds of this BW Plus are amazing, it even includes an actual dog park with big/little fenced areas. The rooms are a little tired but clean and functional. All staff interactions were great and the breakfast spread was better than expected

The room we stayed in had several repair issues. Front door was broken had to slam the door to open and close. Cold water faucet was broken. Main area light was detached from the ceiling. No hot water after showering 1 child. The room was not fully clean. Staff was nice and thoughtful.

Had a minor problem with a lack of soap for the shower and wasn't thrilled by the way my complaint was initially handled by the individual to whom I reported the problem the next morning, but the woman who checked me out indicated that she would take the necessary action to resolve my complaint and told me that she would provide a small cost reduction because of my concerns. Can't ask for more than that!

Great Stay!
Check-in was quick and all personnel were helpful and friendly. Our room was, clean and comfortable. The grounds are exceptional with a nice garden/koi pond area.

The pictures seemed to intentionally avoid that most of the rooms are exterior/balcony access. That being said, the facility is actually pretty nice with a pretty well built out walking area with multiple fire pits. The continental breakfast met low expectations, except for the fact that the coffee was pretty good.

The lady checking people in was very slow. She would talk with every guest making it even longer. There was a line of guests from the counter to the door and this gal just kept talking away to people about everything under the sun. Would have preferred more efficiency and less chatter

Did not like the fact my king size room had the bathroom vent dangling down in the bathroom, x2 metal screws lying on the desk, vent cover lying against the bathroom wall.. Felt with paying high price, the room should of been in all working conditions; not left with maintenance issues.

Thank you for sharing this and please accept my apologies. I believe this room was not in a condition to be rented and we should have caught that beforehand. I will make sure repairs are made before it is rented again.

For as much as we paid to stay only one night I expected a little more quality. The pictures were what sold me on it. Upon arrival the outside area and the main lobby is stunning! But the room we stayed in was not as nice as it looked in pictures. The sink when turned on had a leak that would wrap around the counter as you brushed your teeth so we had to use a towel to not get wet. The ceiling of the bathroom was flaking away as was the paint on the door. The closet door was not moveable unless you wanted to hear a loud screech due to it not being on the hinges properly. All in all, it was a place to stay and that’s what we needed. But I would never pay as much as I did to stay here again.
