« Great location, with bus right out front that easily gets you to Shibuya Crossing! All staff lovely and eager to help if necessary. Unfortunately the rooftop terrace is lacking maintenance, half the potted plants have expired and been left looking unsightly. Our room came with a huge watermark/ wetspot across bedroom floor which looked dirty and a wall vent above the bed that had black greasy lint adorning it… Loved the quirky interior design. »
