« Easily accessible from the train. The house was clean and very cute, we loved the atmosphere. The staff was very kind and accommodating. We wished we had stayed more than one night, and would love to stay again when we visit Japan next time! »

« I've stayed in a lot of Fairmont hotels and this was the best experience I've ever had. The hotel was clean and modern with great views from the rooms and 35th floor. What made it even better was the service was impeccable. Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Amazing experience!! »

« Hotel exceptionnel. Personnel attentionné et irréprochable. 10/10 »

« You can book it with complete confidence – the staff is incredibly friendly, the place is really lovely and the view from the room is incredible. The breakfast was really good and the bedding was always clean and tidy every day. It’s all the little details that make this hotel unique; I know exactly where I’ll be staying on my next trip to Tokyo. »

Dommage. Le séjour était cependant très agréable! »
