« I returned back to Douglas, for my sister in law's wedding. New I was going to stay at my favorite place, and as always, never disappointed. I was met with new staff at the front desk. Mr. Charles, who I got to know over the 3 days, I stayed. Was very helpful in every way. It's like the establishment didn't miss a beat, in the customer service department. The breakfast department, as well, had a new staff worker. Mrs Elizabeth, extremely kind and generous, while attending to what ever needs...

« This property is awesome! The front desk greeted us as soon as we arrived and was very friendly, not to mention accommodating! The hotel is extremely well kept and clean! The breakfast was good and offered a variety of items. We will definitely be back! »

« I never stayed. The hotel was dirty. I was sent to a room that was dirty and had not been cleaned. Hallway carpet stained. The lobby didn't have air conditioning on. Had to wait for 5 to 10 minutes before the desk clerk arrived to the desk. They had a bell on the front desk counter for you to ring if you needed service. There was another guest waiting in the lobby also for the clerk, they had issues also. After going to the room that was dirty and saw the condition of the property i went back...

« We visited this hotel on opening night, and (as seems fair) they were having a few issues. We were passing through again for vacation, and found the rooms to be dirty - greasy floors, crumbs in the chair, false eyelashes stuck to the floor, stains in the tub. We won't be back again. »

« Very clean and staff was phenomenal!!! When we got there, there was a mashed potato bar. Breakfast was great! We stayed in another Hampton Inn the night before (different city) and this one was much better. »
