About this space
This is a tastefully decorated, comfy, light, 1 bedroom granny flat under the main living area. It comes WIFI, smart TV with netflix. the kitchen is fully equipped with gas range, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster...all that stuff you'd expect to find at home.
the bathroom has an ample shower with endless hot water.
the bedroom has a queen bed with down comforter, a large closet & dresser, lots of light. there is a outside sitting area with a table for morning coffee.
The space
the property backs up to a large open space with views to the lagoon. It is a very quiet , safe neighborhood, lots of off street parking & 1 mile to the beach. one can walk to dining & shopping.
Guest access
the space is small so when we say 4 persons we are talking about 2 adults and 2 children. the couch, as you can see in the pictures, is angled such that 2 kids could sleep there. but it really wouldn't work for an adult, it all depends on your family's requirements as to whether this space works for you. call to discuss options if you like.
