This stunning 4-bedroom home spans 2,400 square feet across 2 stories and has been completely re-furnished from top-to-bottom. It is situated on a corner lot with a pond view and an attached garage, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people.

INTRODUCTION
The first floor features a half bath, a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer, an open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and seating at the large center island for chatting while making meals or enjoying a cup of coffee with the other early birds in the family. Flowing naturally into the combination dining and living room area, you'll love the comfortable lounging area in front of the TV and fireplace. The cozy den connects to the kitchen through a butler's pantry, providing an extra space for family to gather if the kids want to bring their game consoles or the women want a quiet space to themselves while the men watch sports in the living room. The first floor also includes the primary suite with a walk-in closet, dual sinks, and a large whirlpool tub.

Everyone's favorite feature of the first floor is the three-season room which boasts plenty of space to keep everyone comfortable, whether you're enjoying a crab feast or family game night. Open the windows to enjoy the summer breeze and sounds of wildlife at the pond, or keep them closed to enjoy a cozy living space with plenty of sunlight.

Upstairs among the rest of the bedrooms are two suites connected with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and a fourth bedroom providing the perfect spot for the kids.

Guests will enjoy two refreshing outdoor pools, an indoor pool, fitness center, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball court, snack bar, beach shuttles with a mobile tracking app, golf pro shop, and Coastal Kitchen restaurant & pub. Voted in the top 5 golf courses in Delaware by GolfWeek and Golf Magazine, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club features a scenic Rick Jacobson designed golf course set on coastal terrain and abundant sand dunes, providing a traditional golf experience: golf as it once was, golf as it should be.

Amenity Passes are required for use of the community amenities. You will be provided a link prior to arrival to purchase your passes online directly from the Bear Trap HOA. 2025 Passes are $65 per person, per week during the peak season (Friday before Memorial Day thru Labor Day); passes for the peak season are available only in 7-day increments. Off-season passes are $45 per person, per week or $35 per person for a 3-day pass; daily passes are not available. Children age 3 and under are free. There are no refunds of any kind for passes purchased.

DELAWARE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX
Delaware has imposed a short-term rental lodging tax at the rate of 4.5% of the rent upon every occupancy of a short-term rental within the State. This new tax went into effect on January 1, 2025. The tax applies to all short-term rentals in Delaware, including those listed on platforms like Airbnb and Vrbo.

MISCELLANEOUS
Win-Le Vacation Rentals provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; 12 sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths; and 2 bathmats. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.

Win-Le also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) reusable/disposable dish cloth, (2) dishwasher pods, (2) laundry pods, (1) 2-in-1 travel size shampoo/conditioner, (1) mini bar soap, (2) 13gal kitchen trash bags, (2) 4gal bathroom/wastebasket trash bags, (1) tube travel size toothpaste, (1) travel size hand lotion, and (1) travel size hand sanitizer. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.

Win-Le Vacation Rentals does not charge guests for housekeeping. The owner of your rental property pays to have it cleaned before and after your arrival. Prompt departure at the end of your stay is vital in the scheduling of these cleanings.

The maximum occupancy is 12 people.

Parking is permitted in the driveway and garage only. No street parking allowed.

No pets, smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

You will receive your digital arrival packet via email 9 days prior to arrival. This email will contain important information like your door code and community rules. It is your responsibility to notify Win-Le Vacation Rentals if you have not received your door code prior to your arrival. A hard copy of the arrival packet, and other important information, will be provided inside the home during your stay.

Check-in is 3PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from Win-Le Vacation Rentals is considered unlawful trespassing. We do not offer the ability to pay for early check-in or late check-out. Win-Le Vacation Rentals will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.

Easter at the Beach!

Beautiful home in the lovely Bear Trap Dunes! Just as you see it in the pictures! Comfortable beds and ample bathrooms. Simply one of the most fantastic glassed in porches we've seen. The table inside and in the porch easily provided seating for our large family for the holiday. Included linens and towels made life so much easier!

This beautiful and well appointed home was exactly as pictured. The community and amenities were great. Communication was easy and fast, which was very appreciated. We were lucky to get this rental on such short notice when another owner pulled our reservation only 4 days before we were set to leave for our trip. Some things are meant to be!

Beautiful, Hospitable, Clean!

Our family has stayed at multiple homes in Bear Trap and this has been our favorite. We arrived several hours early and were able to get into the home upon arrival. Win-Le agents were very accommodating with our earlier arrival and the keyless entry made it a breeze! The home was very clean and hospitable with everything imaginable provided. I will note, for those coffee-drinkers, only a Keurig single cup maker is provided (there is no large coffee pot brewer) which was great for us but I know some prefer other methods. There were plenty of pillows, extra blankets, even two bicycles in the garage for use. The outdoor front porch and back enclosed patio were our favorite hangout spots. Our family had a wonderful stay at 112 October Glory and I highly recommend this home for yours.
