It features bright, fresh decor, a quiet, tree-lined setting, and plenty of space to spread out both outside and in. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, game room, sports courts, and a gym.

Packed with features and amenities of its own, the home comes well-appointed for family-friendly comfort. Two porch Adirondack chairs are provided for peaceful outdoor relaxation, and two professional-grade Ping-Pong tables set the stage for some friendly competition in the garage. The main-floor living area features comfortable seating and a smart TV, while the large upstairs loft area includes a smart TV and game console with thousands of pre-loaded games. All TVs are equipped with Roku to access your favorite shows and movies. Handle family-style meals with ease in the well-appointed stainless steel full kitchen. As the evening comes to a close, know your group will sleep comfortably thanks to the numerous bedrooms, including two primary bedrooms. Additional perks include a Pack-N-Play and a high chair. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Long-term stays (28-day minimum) are available at a discounted rate between October and May 1st.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). There is no cable TV.
Clubhouse and community amenities require wristbands for access, $38 per person over the age of 6. Wristbands can be purchased directly at the clubhouse - fees are subject to change. Additional information is provided in the booking details.The outdoor pool may be closed occasionally for private events.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
