Modern 5 Bed 4 Bath Bethany Beach Home

This beautiful modern home contains a large open concept kitchen, dining, and living area that is perfect for family gatherings with wet bar and Laundry in the 1st level. Grandparents can stay in the first floor Bed room for easy accessibility. All 5 bedrooms are appointed with high-end mattresses to provide luxury and comfort. You can sit in the loft watching TV and can relax outside in the Patio sofas, while the loved ones are grilling. If going to the beach that is only a mile away, you can drive, cycle or walk. Upon your return there is an outdoor shower conveniently located on the side of the home facing towards the bushes to remove remaining sand. Come stay at this wonderful property and enjoy your vacation.

There is also a well-appointed clubhouse on the property with every amenity imaginable:

Card and Billiard Rooms, Steam and Sauna Rooms, Gym, Spa services, and Pool area. Come and stay in this luxurious space while communing with family. You are guaranteed to thoroughly enjoy the vacation.

gorgeous home

Very happy I chose this home . This home is exactly as advertised, and more importantly, as pictured.This beautiful house is much larger than even the photos show. The home was also squeaky clean.This property was gorgeous well maintained and well furnished. It was great that they had bikes , extra beach chairs and umbrellas, everything you need. The owner was extremely responsive and Would stay here again.

10/10 vacation!!

My family and I had the most magical vacation here! This was the most perfect location with all the amenities. Spacious house with plenty of room for a large family! Spacious kitchen to cook meals. They have a free shuttle to the beach from the development. The pool and gym are perfect! And only a 6 minute drive to the beach! We all lived it here! Even the neighbors were friendly. I highly recommend staying here. Great for all ages!

Wonderful vacation home

This vacation home property was perfect for us, and would be, I think, for anyone! It is nicely furnished and well-equipped. There is plenty of everything needed. We found the house very clean and in good condition. The owner is super nice and very accommodating! Should be decide to have a repeat vacation, I would certainly revisit this property.

Great vacation house!

Amazing, beautiful house. We were 8 adults and 3 kids all under the age of 3. So much room for all of us and had all the amenities we needed. Definitely recommend for anyone coming down to Bethany Beach!

Wonderful home for beach getaway

It was a pleasure to spend the week at Kamal’s home. The property is beautiful and very clean. Kamal is very flexible, thoughtful and responsive. The home was cozy and his attention to detail was appreciated. My nieces enjoyed going to the clubhouse to swim and to play pool. The beaches are in close proximity so we visited each of them during the week. We look forward to returning next year! Thank you for helping us to have a wonderful experience.

Great place! Very spacious for family of 10

My family enjoyed daily drives into town. We enjoyed time at the outdoor community pool. Kamal was great and super responsive during the whole process. Everything we needed was in the house and very well stocked. Would stay again. Thank you!

Great place in Bethany

We had a wonderful week in Bethany. The house is bigger than it appears in pictures. Very clean and well maintained. We traveled with 3 couples and 3 young children. The upstairs bedrooms are all large and separated enough that everyone slept well. The pool was an easy walk and fabulous for kids. Bethany beach is a short drive (5 mins). Would recommend beach- goers park a few blocks off the main beach access in Bethany where the beach is much less crowded. Would also recommend Sunshine Baby Rentals for easy crib and baby gear rentals.

Great Place to stay with large group

Wonderful property to go with extended family. I went with multi-generations and other family members (grandparents, kids, siblings, cousins). We all had activities to do. The pool club was great for the kids. Definitely recommend for a large group. All of us had ample space to spread out. The host was very good about checking in and addressing any issues.

Great House

The house was as pictured. Newer build, very clean, kitchen was well stocked, had beach equipment and bikes for large group. Everyone had enough space to spread out during the week. Gorgeous getaway

We enjoyed a truly spectacular week at this gorgeous, spacious home. It had everything you could ever need and was comfortable and inviting. The pool was huge, immaculate, and fun for everyone from our two year old to my 80 year old dad. The town was a very short drive away and the beaches were beautiful and the boardwalk was fun and lively. The host was attentive, informative, and gracious. We absolutely hope to come back!

We truly enjoyed ourselves! The house is gorgeous, modern, clean and spacious - just as it’s advertised. The house is close enough to the beach with a five minute car ride. Making family memories !!

This property was gorgeous well maintained and well furnished. Our family enjoyed it a great deal. It’s got a vacation vibe and a lot of little corners for kids and family members to get private time. For a little fee you get access to the pool the sauna and steam room. It’s not that far from the beach and the entire community has a great vacation town vibe. We will defiantly stay there again. The host was super responsive and helpful. He also has bikes for those who want to sneak in some workout or ride to the beach. Very thoughtful!!!!
